It is very cool looking. I like the colours. Beleive it or not; Water marks do suck, but they ain't fool proof. I use alot of watermarked images for my vinyl sleeves. I use A sort of cloning effect where you grab a bit off the other parts off the image that isn't watermarked and closely resembles the watermarked part and gradually overtone it. A little artistic abilty usally does the trick.
Yes, but it's hard to do that without having any artifacts or traces on the image. Also, the watermarked image hasn't even the 1200px resolution, it's already a bit scaled.drnrg wrote:It is very cool looking. I like the colours. There are two scenarios at me: in iTunes (where even 700px are enough) and on my iPod when the eye "hears too". Scans on that retina display look like sh... Also, I like it more to see an "unreal reflection" logo since the display can't reflect particular image areas like the booklet.eXtaticus wrote: anyway; I can't think of many scenarios in which you'll actually be able to see and fully appreciate it.

These aren't many scenarios but these are my main scenarios to hear music.
Thanks for the better cover, Shawaazu.
@eXtaticus For me, I also remove them because it's like taking the cover file and make x amount of copies. If the embedded art is 2MB big and there are 50 tracks across 4 discs, that's 100MB of worthless data. So, what I do, is that I put the .jpg/.png/.bmp in the folder named either "folder", "front" or "cover" and foobar2000 picks it up perfectly. That's only 4*2MB now.
Of course, 2MB for an image is pretty hardcore. Most are less than 1MB and even more of them are below 500KB.
Oh and, that cover... someone could photoshop the letters from a clear cover file (like my 1200px SEB 227 cover I posted) and cover the "glared" letters.

To me it only seems to need a little more intensity on the fonts. Little more and enhancement and sharpness to really make it stand out. I like the fonts to shine almost look 3-d, so I add a bit more intensity to them. Its not always easy on the yes, but it works for my eyes and my player.

this one just added intensity and contrast to the image

This one I added a bit more intensity to the fonts. I was a bit to lazt to clean around the edges, but you get the idea.

Somebody scanned the cover? Nice.Shawaazu wrote:Probably better to use this instead? lol
