There you can find maybe more interesting facts
For those who don't have or don't wish to access facebook, this is what Giancarlo wrote:
Giancarlo Pasquini wrote:The real voice of Francesca Contini, she have never sung a song, is from another girl called Chiara De Pieri, since Your Body Lies

It's a shock indeed. But I can say I'm not that terribly surprised… this is somethings that happens in eurobeat world… it's sad because producers usually won't say anything and people will be assuming stuff and no one will ever know the truth until they come out and say so.

It's only one reason. Differences between projects and real artists or groups.
The same staff during years, just some of them don't want or simply haven't the talent to be dancers and make the live shows. They prefer to work only at studio, and the owners of labels pay both, singers and models. Finally when even somebody is ill, another matching vocalist replaces once a person, who usually cooperates with producers.
What we would do without these amazing curiosities

Wow, this is some Shyamalan-level twist.
I guess that explains why Francesca hasn't really been a public figure like Dave, Ace or any of the other artists on facebook now. In the end, Norma is still Norma and her songs will still be among my favorites.

Wow, it took them a quarter century to reveal this? I'm sorry, but I'm seriously blown away that one of most inept eurobeat vocalists in the game was pulling a Milli Vanilli this entire time. What's even more ironic is that Your Body Lies originally came out around the same time Milli Vanilli had their Grammy revoked for lip-syncing.

For a long time, I have always thought Norma was Francesca. That's A-Beat C's (as well as any other Eurobeat label) way of posing models for their artists, even though the models don't give out their voices. Perhaps they did it for marketing purposes.
I have doubts whether the model on the vinyl sleeve of Mirka's "Valentino Mon Amour" is Alessandra Gatti or not. Is she blonde or is she just wearing a blonde wig (as Domino's natural hair colour is dark brown)? I just noticed her eyes quite similar to Gatti's. Same goes to Virginelle and Lolita (I suspect that the model on the early vinyls isn't Annerley as well). Also the ladies on the vinyl sleeves of Karen Wainwright's aliases are just models; and I have just learned that Karen is just a black singer and any picture of her would arose suspicion of racism. So that is the reason why any picture of her is rarity for us....
Macho Gang's early models (Vanessa from Time and Laurie from Asia; they share the same vocalist when sung separately), Maio & Co. (Mike Vanni), and the mysterious difference between Christiana Cucchi and Bazooka Girl (R.) are some of the other Milli Vanilli cases throughout the Eurobeat history.
PLOT TWIST: Francesca Contini is the voice of Sonya (until Close Your Eyes)?

Gino Caria was atually Gino Caria on all his vinyls. Clara Moroni appears on TIME records "You Don't Give Me Love" as Vanessa vinyl and she sings it too. She also appears on Lisa Johnson "Say Goodbye" vinyl. Dave Rodgers, Bratt and Contini appear on "Hot Fire" vinyl and they also perform the song. Chris appears on HRG Attack "Power Of Love"
SomeTIMEs the actual singers made appearances. I Think they mad the right decision to showcase differeent models for the different aliases than the same singer on every vinyl sleeve. It gave their different personas personality. You realize how many photos Gino Caria woulda had to take for the TIME vinyls around 90-95.
Another important factor is that alot of TIMEs a different vocalist would sing for another persona. That is why it was important to establish a model with each different alias. that way weather Clara or X vocalist would sing under Vaness'a name; you still got a Vanessa song.

You meant Chiara De Pieri? Before it turned out, who is Norma Sheffield, the same voice appeared also in projects A-Beat Sisters, Paula Roberts and Sonya

Giancarlo Pasquini revealed, that real vocalist was since the beginning in "Your Body Lies" woman called Chiara De Pieri.
Francesca Contini, Alberto Contini's sister has never sung.
Interesting, but
source?
the source was Dave Rodgers himself on the Dave Rodgers fan group page in a thread about ABeatC vocalists.

Nice to hear this! Information from the main man.
Try to listen to the first song (I ever heard) on the artist name Paula Evans - CIAO.

Well, we have released two extended news from Norma Sheffield outside of Super Eurobeat, very quickly after the last important Dave Rodgers decision.

Hmm... You're first who paid the attention they aren't brand new, plus unlisted in catalogue. Since when Dave Rodgers suddenly shares multiple posts with Norma Sheffield tracks ? Because of a lack of description he made me confused.
By the way, this is very historical topic, showing the knowledge and gradually discoveries before over a dozen years.
A new fan can ask about these things even in 2015, however it's been like yesterday and still uncertain ? I have had really bizzare imaginations and wrong informations earlier as well.

Exactly, put on head a wig and you can see blonde hair. Nobody has never played the role of Mirka/Domino.
Calla_Maranatha wrote: 27 Apr 2015, 01:29Same goes to Virginelle and Lolita (I suspect that the model on the early vinyls isn't Annerley as well).
Virginelle and Lolita used models, correct. But Annerley Gordon was herself on the vinyl. The scale of fakes made people so suspicious, that they doubted even in real image of real artists.

What a incredible nonsense ! Extremely ridiculous rumor to explain why among many unknown vocalists, this girl had to be hidden. It was repeated in my former Facebook group on summer 2015. I'm curious who invented that crap.
Calla_Maranatha wrote: 27 Apr 2015, 01:29the mysterious difference between Christiana Cucchi and Bazooka Girl
No mystery. She was one of very few singers presented on the art covers and who performed live in the past.

Unfortunately basing on these significantly modificated pictures on sleeves his look was barely realistic, also once a reason of jokes in 1992, if you know what single I mean...
Recently I published on my current Facebook fan pages, also on the new tribute site devoted Gino Caria, surely the most rare photos of himself, which haven't seen the light since the early 90's.
