In the August schedule booklet at Velfarre in the blurb for SEB 170's release party it mentions that Disc 1 is mixed by Y&Co. and Disc 2 is mixed by SG-Sonic

On a side note, is it just me or are you guys also feeling that the music to Super Euro Flash (Hinoi Team's version) is better than the originals? I hope HRG can take a cue from that semi remix I guess as a guide for the songs they make.
I don't really think so, I really prefer the originals than their covers. Something is just off about the music that they used in hinoi's versions.

As for the tracklist I'm fairly pleased and at least I can say I'm more excited about it than I was for 160. As much as I love Without You, I wasn't expecting it to be there AT ALL and it was a real shocker for me. I guess it wouldn't have been as shocking if it wasn't in the top ten...

Which brings me to my next question. Is this a countdown and if it is, do they necessarily follow it strictly and put songs in the order they were voted in or do the DJs get to fool around with the songs so it's easier for them to mix? Also, do the DJs get to put in some songs THEY like as well?

That's because Hinoi's cover was pussified/nutuered both musically and vocally. They just flat out removed all aggressiveness from the song which was made it great.

I agree, which happens to most J-Euro covers too. The music that made the songs great... just sounds too.... for no better words... tiny. Which is why I don't like most of them XP

The extra is most likely the 2006 Osaka Auto Messe Performance of the ABeatC All Stars (Dave Nuage and Digital Planet)

I dislike most of the j-euro covers of Eurobeat songs, but I especially dislike the Hioni Team ones. That group is great at taking very good songs and making them unbearable to listen to. Though I must admit, the song Domino produced with SCP for them "Aishiteru" is pretty good.

That was Domino & SCP? But isn't it written by Hinoky Team? I thought that was what Avex used for A-Beat C songs way back in the day.

EDIT: *Checks SCP's site* Hey, what do you know. Never noticed that before. Wonder *why* it wasn't given credit to their names...

I really should think more before I post something  . I wasn't so much questioning the fact of whether it is a countdown or not because having Night of Fire and Super Striker at #1 pretty much says it. But whether it is a REAL countdown, as in not being tampered with at all. If the order of songs is strictly by the number of votes and whether some songs get thrown in there or are purposely placed.

Basically I'm trying to throw up a conspiracy theory in the air since I'm surprised no one else has mentioned this XD (at least not to my knowledge).

Don't get me wrong though, I'm getting more and more excited the more I look at this tracklist :D

No, I'm fairly sure that's the order they placed.
