Maggie May - Tonight (Extended Ver.)
You & I are from the few who can really appreciate TIME's aishu Eurobeat during that era. Was that Elena on vocals?

Hotblade- Plastic
That's one BAD ASS song. Especially in its extended form!
Anyway, today's song is definately Elena on vocals.
Erika - Fever & Music (Extended) TIME

Not at all!
It was Emanuela "Taleesa" Gubinelli (aka Morena, Ann Sinclair, Jilly and Vanessa-since 1995) with Elena on backing vocals.
I think when Clara left TIME Elena took mostly her work on choirs etc.
I heard her voice on Atrium, Mike Hammer,Dr. Money and others tracks.
Song for today is:
Niki Niki - Can You Sing My Song
This is most mystery aliase for me, using by many other singers...but I'm sure this time it's Annerley Gordon on vocals

Mike Hazzard - Stop Me Baby
I think what I like most about it is how the beat and the bassline sound together.

Jean Corraine - Feel the Grove
A-Beat-C 1992
Ken Laszlo (Gianni Coraini)
I love it when he sings with his unique raspy voice, "I want to show you all my disease."
A perfect example of eurobeat quality I could only dream of would make a comeback in today's eurobeat.
After 1996, his voice was singing too fast to be appreciated properly, and lost that quality only heard in the slower songs.
How I miss his voice, and wish A-Beat-C would bring him back, or even Eurogrooves, if they are still alive.
On a side note though, he did release a new song that some of you might really like. One of the mixes on the cd uses a cool hi-nrg/electro sound, with a mix of 80's sounds. The "alternative mix" though sounds very "mainstream" though, but the extended original version is awesome! I would call it a blend of progressive italo sounds!
This new song was released in January 2013 by Kalambur Publishing, and is called "Ken Laszlo/Alex Cundari - Monalisa Smile."
You can still hear that magic sparkle in his voice. I really like the lyrics are edgey too; where else can you hear him say,
"You wanna see me? I'm hard and ready. You wanna touch me? You naughty queen."
For any of those interested in Ken Laszlo's new 2013 song, and wanna preview or purchase the song, it can be found on junodownload.com
I recommend the "extended mix" since I don't like the "Pacetto & Amoruso alternative version" becaues it sounds too commercial.
Here is the link for it on junodownload.com

OOh those last 4 songs are all great. I got "Feel The Groove extended, but only ona tape Eddy; from NRG boys fame, did for me. I bought all my 12's from them in early 90's, but never got a hold of that Jean Corraine song. Love the wistles right before the main chorus.

Francis Cooper - All The Day (HRG106)
That 12 I most defientely have. It showed that style HRG dreamt up while writing for TIME records. Great vocals from Roberto Gabrielli
Darkholme
Mike Hazzard - Stop Me Baby
another fav 12 of mine. Mine has
Laurie - Out Of My Heart on the b-side, so it's a double treat for me.
Going back now to Giancarlos Pasuini's early AbeatC style at Flea records. While "Stay" remains one of my Flea classics ever; I thought "Flashback" was pretty amazing as well. plus a collboration from Pasquinni and M. Gulinelli.
Flea wasn't known for great vinyl sleeves. This particular song didn't even have one,so..
Flash Back -Linda Martin (FL8488)

Feel My Heart / Domino
One of the very best Domino songs ever produced, sadly overlooked due to being a bonus j-pop remix on SEB 90. As with most Japanese-written tunes, this features a fast-paced, densely-syncopated melody with impeccable progression. The biting, almost orchestral production here draws out the groundbreaking hook to its very fullest, and the relatively slow bpm allows every bit of it to sink in. Most other j-pop covers by Italian artists are hit-or-miss (save for Blood on Fire), but this track is a home run and deserves more recognition.

When it comes to female sung Eurobeat from SCP; I either love it, or hate it. There is no middle ground.
Today I chose one I really love and a good style for Christine.
