Ken Martin- Virtual Love(Boom Boom Beat)
One of my very first; and favourit Boom Boom Beat vinyls ever. I think Mauro captured the Dead Or Alive sound even better than HRG Attack.

Would of posted my home made vinyl sleeve . but I can't find it :???:

I do remeber how much you praised that version when it appeared. I thought the pianos was so out of place and it was all over the palce..

But I do concider the Original Space Boy to be Eurobeat perfection, so that's my song for today.

That was the first eurobeat track I ever heard, got amazed by it, looked up other Dave Rodgers works and subsequently, jumped into the eurobeat pool altogether. For that, the original Space Boy will always be in my opinion, a class of it's own entirely. :D

Today's song, also one of my fav eurobeat track of all time,
Fevernova / Dave Rodgers & Kiko Loureiro

Can't get enough of Clara's voice in this one. There's just something special in these tracks.

I have 2 songs for today:

First is:
Mike Freeman - What is Real
Time Records - 1992
Sung by none other than Italo-disco legend "Ken Lazlo" aka "Gianni Coraini."

The riff to this sung is inspired from the riff from the 80's song "Turn it Up"
by Michael Davidson, who is produced by none other than Stock, Aiken & Waterman, who are also the producers for Dead of Alive.

The second song for today goes in hand with the first and is:
Thomas & Schubert - Crank it up
Flea Records - 1988
This song is also inspired from Michael Davidson's "Turn it Up" and you can hear the melody in the chorus how both songs are sung to the same melody.

Two great songs that sound magnificant on vinyl.

I'll choose another Mike Freeman song for today. It's

(TRE 1226)Mike Freeman- Take Your TIME.

I love this song so much, because while the rest of the TIME records were following the faster bpms. This song wasn't afriad to turn down the bpms conciderably and still become one of the most sought out vinyls on Iveti D' Azzurros lists. Believe it or not; the two songs right before this one in catalog numbers, were Heartbreaker and Take A Look In My Heart. It's almost impossible to mix the vinyls without having poor Gianni sound like a girl. :D Anyway, the song relies on a wonderful piano riff with female back ups. Very relaxed and soothing, but oh, so special with it's melodies.
