Pizza Girl - Funny Boy

Amazingly upbeat song that's fun to listen to. The synth sounds wonderful and Sara proves she masters the dramatic vocals (Crazy For You, Wonderland) as well as the silly, bubbly vocals (Funny Boy, Burning Up For You). Since it's a Gelmetti production, you both expect and receive top-quality <3 <3 <3

SUNLIGHT / KAIOH

Song and dance are awesome.
I had the opportunity to dance it at an anime con and it made me happy since I don't get to para outside house very often.

Kasanova - Tragedy

This song leaves me speechless. It's not the massive amount of cheese, although that's certainly appreciated. The hint is in the song title, a word that's emphasised greatly in the chorus, a powerful and emotional word. It would've worked perfectly, but instead Gambogi transforms it into something so wonderfully goofy that I vowed to use this song as an example of the hilarity that eurobeat can achieve.

It's just so perfect, they aimed for an emotional song but missed the mark and the emotion conveyed turns into comedy. At the same time, that is the song's strong point.

Indeed, not listening to this song would be a TRA-GE-DII

Great choice. That was also one of the last vinyls I was able to get from TIME studios. iT had 3 other songs on it as most vinyls did during that last stretch.

I'll choose anotherone from the era from the short lived group. High Level.

I loved Take My TIME(I got the vinyl), bit I really thought that Angel Of My Heart ; on the b-side,was amazing too. That intro and break were so vinyl mixing perfect. So that's my song for today.

High Level- Angel Of My Heart (TIME)

The band also sounded great on ABeatC label. I always thought the name Black Power was kinda a "diss" at TIME
Anyway songs like "Get Ready For Loving", "Broken Arrow" and "People Of The Nigt" are still great today.

Norma Sheffield - Sometimes

One of my favourite Norma songs. While songs like Broken Heart and Touch Me Touch Me had more intensity, Sometimes is very dreamy and ethereal and it kind of floats by. It's mainly this song that made me become a hardcore Norma fan. Other than the vocals, one thing I think is brilliant about Sometimes (and other Norma songs) is the amount of detail put into the percussion. Each time you listen there's something new, a little drum roll, some toms, a different pattern in the hi-hat or a little lick before the chorus. The instrumental version makes it easier to hear and appreciate the amount of work put into this song. IMO one of the highlights of the early SEB era.

I love you Norma :x

That's certainly one of my most favorite songs ever. I played it many times back in the days, along with the magnificent Bella Model - I Can't Stand It.
FCF did a great job with Doctor Groove - Cowboy and New York Rappers - True Love as well.

My song for today is also from Flea. It's sung by Brian Ice under his alias; Collin Newman

FL 8489 Collin Newman - Beautiful Girl
For some reason it reminds me so much of ABeatC classic; Dance Girl

My budget prevents my from buying records at the moment, so I settle for digital until better times come knockin'. I'll be on the lookout for some Flea records/songs, though. Thanks for the site!

Today's song is Lolita - Kiss 2 Kiss

It has an amazing amount of energy just in the vocals alone, and I think that scream at the end of the 2nd chorus is some of the best eurobeat vocal performances I've ever heard. Gives me chills everytime I hear it :)
