Oh my God! I don't really love this song in particular, but the song just started up and the first thing I heard, very clear indeed,was: "De antwoorden zijn overal aanwezig." This is dutch for: "The answers are all over the place." I think this is from some series or a games show from t.v.
This was so bizarre I had to report it tou you guys!
(the song can be found on SEB 27 if I'm correct)

Heh, it's common for Eurobeat songs to sample other stuff (usually other songs though...) to open up the song.
For example...
