Super Eurobeat font

si there an actual font they use or is it a logotype? if there is a font, could some direct me to it?
I've tried looking for it using some font identifiers, but the main "SUPER EUROBEAT" font seems to be an alteration of an existing font.
The font for the "EVERLASTING DANCE TRAX" and the track listing on the back seems to be Helvetica Inserat. But even then, there's a slight difference with the Q and &.
