Question about Saifam Website ordering...

Well... I ordered a download of Lucyfer - Sky High (damn good song from DDR) and well... this message appeared after the checkout :
Please note that your order is in stand-by because you did not activate "Verified by VISA" or "MasterCard SecureCode" to protect your card. As soon as we have verified your credit card, your account MY DOWNLOAD will be activated.
If you see that you can't download, it means that we have cancelled your purchase AND WE HAVE NOT CHARGED your credit card.
To avoid purchases in stand-by, please get in touch with your bank or visit the website of VISA / MASTER CARD to activate the service "Verified by VISA" or "MasterCard SecureCode"

It doesn't take long at all, five minutes to fill out your information and card stuff, then it sets up instantly. Verified by Visa is run by VISA so you could probably set up your card with that over their website.

Well... I know I know it's not long but, but my download is still not available. Is it a good idea to wait or to go see Visa's page?

if the download isn't available in a few hours, i'd say send a message to saifam's support - and check your visa to see if you've been charged or not. if you're charged and your download isn't available saifam may have screwed up.
Unfortunately, i haven't bought anything 'recently' from saifam, the last time I bought music from them is when they only had paypal as a form of payment.

Yeah, I got that crap too. After three days the order is cancelled. They do not charge you, but you still get no music. Screw them and go to Music Master site. They don't pull any of that B.S.

It usually takes a few hours to a few days for them to 'accept' your order. Although I've never had problems with the system personally, some people do...

So, I have Visa card, you have to add the last 3 characters too, what you can find at the back of the card. On the front there is 4X4 characters, on the back is 4X4 + 3. That's what they need.
Or the other thing, your card can be used only inside your country. Ask your bank, maybe that is the problem.

Do you take me for an imbecile? I'm not stupid enough to not write the 3 numbers behind my card!
Too, I've already made some purchase at CDJapan, which is in Japan, I don't think that the country stuff is the problem.
