I really like the halloween/horror eurobeat songs. Here are my top 3...what are yours?

1. Horror Fantasy/ Scream Team
2. Halloween/ Jilly
3. Happy Phantom/ Kevin Johnson & Cherry (really liked the cut from the SEB 2002 album)

It's gotta be Scream Team / Horror Fantasy. Ice Scream was nice, but Horror Fantasy was better.

I liked the organ in Call Me Frankenstein.

Happy Phantom didn't really feel very Halloween-y to me. It had that one sample, but, then again, so did Crazy Game of Love.

Then again, I still have a soft spot for one of *my* songs that was horror themed (despite the horrible vocals) :P

Gotta agree with Mikaeru there, and wel...the same goes for most of the so-called horror eurobeat songs. The genre is just too giddy for horror stuff imo.

Robert Patton - Vampire has a bit of that old Transylvanian (or Castlevanian!) ring about it though, I'd say...

Good question? I myself wanted to add Pleasure & Pain- Brother Nightmare to my list, but was also unsure?

I guess the rules would be for the song to actually make some referance to something "Horror" ex: Frankenstien, Vampires. If not ,then the song should at least have an EERIE feel to it .DELTA's "Dr. Love" has that eerrie feeling in it's intro, but since it fails to actually mention something scarey I ommitted it from my list. Same goes for Dr. Money- Hot Girl. The song itself is is upbeat & happy(especially in the refrain), but it contains an eerie intro. Complete with the phrase "Welcome to the Dungeon of Dracs" Nothing to do with the song. :?

Let's see. I really enjoy:

Nightmare in the City - Go Go Girls
Mr. Frankenstein - Bombers
Horror Fantasy - Scream Team

Though, I like the idea of all of the horror/hallowe'en-based eurobeat songs. Not every genre can pull that off convincingly. :P

I also really like 'Lucky Doom - Jeff Driller', which, other than the name and the fact that it was released around Hallowe'en, has nothing to do with anything horror-like. ^_^;;

Hot Vampire should count, it might have absolutely nothing to do with halloween, but it has the phrase "sex vampire" in it

This is an easy question - the only two worth mentioning are Scream Team's 2 tracks, with "Horror Fantasy" being ever-so-slightly better than "Ice Cream (U Scream)". I don't think any others come close really...

That's a bold statement. Do you mean the other songs do not come close in eerie atmosphere, lyrics or just not what you like?

Yeah. As much as I love Scream Team, there have been just as good horror eurobeat produced.

BTW, Scream team totally needs to have a new song. Haven't heard from them since June 2004.

I'm still going to say that Michael Jackson's "Thriller" should be their next song.
