Y'know, as in the one in the intro to Speedy Speed Boy, the one that SAIFAM uses a lot, Initial D used it in one of its sort of "Back to the show" things... Hell, even Nintendo used it in one of the recent Smash Bros. Brawl songs. Does anyone know where I could find this sound effect? I'd love it. :3

I... THINK they use it in that one... I don't remember... I know they use it in Alamo and Bomba, for sure. (Both being SAIFAM tunes)

I... don't think that's it. It seems to be a very distinct sound effect that a lot of Eurobeat labels seem to keep "in stock"... and, it doesn't sound like a specific instrument as much as a general sound clip, sort'a like the movie quotes HRG uses sometimes. ("Hey cowboy... you like that, huh?...")
Maybe something more specific:
SEB 185, Disc 2, Bomba Bomba-- 2:18 to 2:19, sort of like if a Theremin is teased with something.
In Speedy Speed Boy, it's the sound JUST as the key is turned and the engine is revving.
Quite literally, the first sound effect you hear
HERE that isn't the car revving.

Hm. I think I can find a way to get it using just audio recording, actually.
Thank you anyway.
