You mean that version on the BBB vinyl? It's wasn't really mastered well and the speed was still 90's still. Infact the soundworlds and instruments were alomost identical to it's oruginal.I know cuz I try to mix it with other BBB records and it just sounds so off. I hope they will reinvent it like they did with Kiss Me Divine?Unless this "para-para version" actually has something new + exciting to offer, what's the point of covering Bad Desire again when it was already re-done 5 years ago?

Definitely a modern remake of the original song.DJ Mike TJG wrote:ASIA 1249: FCF / A New Bad Desire
They didn't really do much to Bad Desire from the 2003 version, just replaced the bass synths and drums with the modern ones other than that it sounds the same to me

Wow, I'm not really feeling those samples at all (Around The Queen still isn't posted though). Twinstar has potential but is plagued by mediocre vocalwork and a horrid bridge, Shine is just alright, and the Hung Up cover goes absolutely nowhere. Bad Desire - can they get anymore uncreative than that? I honestly didn't enjoy a single track out of those, and I'm left very disappointed.
EDIT: Coming to think of it, I actually think this new 2008 Bad Desire cover sounds quite a bit better than the one from 2003, but I'm still worried about the direction Saifam is heading down. It's really obvious that they're quickly running out of ideas when their songs are just becoming beyond repetitive and they're forced to resort to rehashing/covering everything old.

Yeah I told them if they are crazy about the remixes, there are many big hits to renew:#Infinity wrote: EDIT: Coming to think of it, I actually think this new 2008 Bad Desire cover sounds quite a bit better than the one from 2003, but I'm still worried about the direction Saifam is heading down. ...I could continue till tomorrow.
...I remember that time...

Remember this though: SAIFAM and its sublabels are primarily concerned with making music in quantity— that is, they can crank out a few songs a day of most dance genres, without much fine-tuning for quality. If that influence is involved in their Eurobeat production, then it will suffer of being very bland.#Infinity wrote:Wow, I'm not really feeling those samples at all (Around The Queen still isn't posted though). That's been my trouble with SAIFAM besides their now-solved iTunes exploits: They're either GREAT AND UNIQUE or INCREDIBLY GENERIC-SOUNDING to me, with few in-betweens.
A lot's changed in the decade and a half I've been here.
