I still think they should have called it COMET RIDERS to mock TIME RECORDS ;)

Eurogrooves sounds more like a compilation of Eurodance tracks than a Eurobeat label, but fair enough.

Here's hoping for more awesome tracks like Bad Bad Bad and less lazy 200X remakes... 8)

It's TIME under a new name or simply a new label? I don't get it because the titles in the player are from Time -_-

Yep , Cant wait Sergio starts over again....TIME was going a bit stange lately :???: (with the breakup...but still there you know ?)

Also i think EuroGrooves has a great name. Though i hope it wont be 60% Eurodance 40% Eurobeat....or something like that

And i hope ''techno style'' stands for Hyper Techno....Get Your Power Go was okay

NEW WAY FTW ! 8)

huh? get your power go was hrg...

I personally don't think a label name change was necessary because since the TIME Records name is so well known already, what are the benefits?
SCP didn't change their name just because they went into HT or other styles like rock...

They don't have any recent to my knowledge. I do believe there were some techno tracks produced by them back in the 90s though...

form Eurogrooves
DEAR EUROBEAT FANS ...ARE YOU READY FOR THE NEW SOUND??? FROM SEPTEMBER 2008 "EUROGROOVES" WILL BE YOUR MUSIC . AFTER , A LONG REFLECTION , WE HAVE DECIDED TO BREACK THE "TIME" EUROBEAT PRODUCTIONS.AFTER MANY "HITS" AND MANY YEARS , WE HAVE THINKED THAT IS BETTER TO SEARCH A NEW WAY. THE NEW WAY WILL BE " EUROGROOVES ". THE EUROGROOVES TEAM IS FORMED BY SERGIO DALL'ORA , LUCA DEGANI , AND ALL THE OTHER "TIME" ARTIST AND PRODUCERS , LIKE ELENA FERRETTI ,GIORDANO GAMBOGI,CHRISTIAN DE LEO , ANNA BENEDETTI ,SIMONE VALEO ,LORENZO CARPANI ecc. WE WILL CONTINUE WITH THE "TIME STYLE" BUT WE WILL ALSO EXPLORE NEW DIMENSIONS AND NEW SOUNDS , FROM "MELANCHONIC" TO "PARA PARA" AND WITH A NEW TEAM DIRECTED BY ALBERTO RAPETTI , ALSO THE " TECHNO " STYLE. STAY TUNED. THE " EUROGROOVES " TEAM

Seems he is no longer with TIME/ GIacomo Maiolini, but has started his own label together with Mr. Degani. I'm not too sure how much percentage AVEX will own, but knowing them it will probly be more than 50%.
I beleive the songs could be recorded at Havana studios, because that is where he recieves all email and demos from fans. For those of you who follow Eurobeat to it's early roots , you might remeber that when he worked at FLEA , the songs were recorded at Havana, so it's not so much a change in studio sound.

The techno trax will be produced for the Techno compilation cds that avex also releases, but there might be some influences in the Eurobeat songs much like TIME songs had in the intros during the mid 90's. As you all remeber they never sounded out of place , so this could also actually be a new developement for Eurogrooves.

Is that the 2004 version of Dark In The Night, or yet another remix? It sounds different to me.

I dunno about everyone, but I'm kind of sad that TIME is 'gone' and replaced with EuroGrooves... yeah, sure whatever same people but still... TIME records, disbanded? Hard to grasp that concept. =(

Wasn't it Time that actually started the Super Eurobeat series? Before Avex did? Strange idea that after 200 volumes, they're 'gone'.
