Do you mean sexy as in literally having a sexy voice ? Then it would be Clara for me. Dave is up there as well.

Hrm...good question...I think I'm currently in love with Jager's voice, but Clara is pretty much one of the sexiest voices in all of eurobeat history!

Elena Ferreti is a trademark for any stuff romantic. 
Wish some label'd pick her up since the unTimely demise of EG/Time eurobeat. There is no other voice so classic, unique and recognizable in
all the genre.

Not sure what the sexiest voices in the biz are. Cherry and Kevin Johnson might be up there.
Kimmy and Robbie Grain are definitely top-tier for cutest though~

For males, I'd say Marko/Corrado, Ricky M, and the ever-energetic Manuel Caramori.
For females, I'd go with Stephy Martini, Clara Moroni, and Elisa Rosselli (Queen 26).

I'm bad at Female vocals. I love Elena Ferreti, but I concider her romantic style. Clara is damn sexy, but
For Sexy I would have to say The girl that sang Claudia VIP- Slave To The Rythem. She sang a lot of songs during that era and all are my favs. Another one of my favs is Gunbillini as she sounded at TIME on songs like Riding In The Sky. She took over alot of Clara's titles when she left.
for a guy would have to be Nando Bononi the 90s. When he sang Maio & Co. Feel The Groove, You Got Me Going Crazy,Hot Love,ect...

...of course the KING remains to be Gino Caria ,but he is more Macho agressive.

Female vocals, I'd go for Melissa Bianchini. Just that nice touch of R&B and soul without overpowering the eurobeat.
Guys I'd go with Christian Codenotti. Some of the smoothest vocals, especially stuff like My Valentine, Christmas, Wait For You, Me & You and Moon Child.

I don't really consider many Eurobeat vocalists to sound "sexy" ... but one that stands out in my mind atm is Cristian De Leo
