It's Sisley Ferre - Special Love by Michiel vd Kuy (from Laserdance) with Jody vocals

I have that song on a mix tape along with Shy Rose- I Cry For You and Papparazzi- Now Is The TIME. Unfortunately back then the mixer would only label the songs as track 1,3,5 ect... Sorry I couldn't be more help on the matter.

I was gonna say it sounded something like Love Gun. Also from Special Touch
