Permission to post guide to Japanese iTunes on Tumblr?

Some time ago, someone (I think it was here on EBP) wrote a guide to buying Eurobeat from Japanese iTunes using an iTunes giftcard purchased online, but I didn't catch the author.
If you're still here, know what I'm talking about and still have it, I'd like to post it to Tumblr and a few other places to get people interested in supporting Super Eurobeat in a way that makes sense. Do I have your permission to do so?
