Can the American people buy the Super Eurobeat albums if we switch the country on iTunes to Japan?

Sadly, no. Your account contains information about your region, and thus which songs it can legally sell to you. Thus, you cannot (yet) buy volumes of Super Eurobeat from an account started in the USA, except for 200 which was released in pieces anyway.

You can but you have to create a separate account on the Japanese iTunes store and you have to do so when you want to enter a Gift Card. Because if you do the normal way, if it is like when I created my account, they only let you choose Credit Cards payment options which... you can't use since you don't have a Japanese credit card.

You can buy Japanese iTunes Card here:

(there are also 500, 1000, 5000 and 10000 yen cards)
