Well, I really am sure that the vocalist behind ''Debbie Lynn'' is Jenny Rom, aka Giovanna

Her cute baby voice sounds the same as on ''Senorita (speedy mix)''

And probably has also done many other projects in Time Records :3

Actually, the vocalist for Jenny Rom is not named Giovanna, it's really Melody Castellari (Emily Guerra in Pippi Girl).

The "cute baby voice" is really just a normal voice pitched up a few halftones, kind of a toned down version of the chipmunk effect. Melody's real voice, if anything, is quite deep.

As for the vocalist on The Queen of Emotions, her real name has still never been confirmed, but she was definitely not Melody, who was still only about to record her first eurobeat songs at Hi-NRG Attack (Live Music Gang's Christmas Party Tokyo Night, Nathalie White's Jingle Bells, and Nikita Jr.'s Can't Stay a Dreamy Girl).
