Need help getting started in the world of creating eurobeat.

I've been into eurobeat for some time now and I would love to make my own. I've made eurobeat mixes and my own mixes of certain songs, but I feel like it's not good enough. I am a complete noob and I have almost no idea what I'm doing. I'm using a PC with Windows 10, I have an old Casio CTK-720, and Audacity. I don't know where to get good synthesizers and I don't know what software to use, and It doesn't help when I am on a very low budget. Any form of help would be appreciated :)

The Compact Music Composing Library by KoolKool should be a good thing to start with. It only uses free VST instruments and you get really a lot of useful sounds for Eurobeat.
In the same thread I also added a huge sound library for Dexed, an open source Yamaha DX7 emulator.

Yeah use FL Studio for sure, and also use VSTs and plugins as well! If your doing vocal eurobeat, remember to use playback/doubling technique as it will make your vocals sound much, much better. I just learned this method right after I released something recently.

Thank you guys, I really appreciate the help you provided. If I cannot get my hands on FLStudio, are there any other software that is cheaper. Also, should I buy any equipment? I have a budget of $100 right now. Another thing, If anybody can tell me where I can download eurobeat samples like "GO", which is used a lot, that would also be very helpful.
