Developing a singing voice

Post by norinorinori » 18 Aug 2016, 03:16

Can anyone give some tips or link to resources on improving your singing voice? I have no experience aside from singing in my car but usually off pitch and my voice breaks A LOT even as a grown man.

You can try some free lessons on YouTube, there are a lot but if you're serious and don't want to damage your voice, there is no way round getting a teacher.

first. sing A LOT to build vocal strength.
second. THIN the voice out when you want to increase your range. that will contribute to making it stronger. experiment with making weird but thin sounds.
third.practice chest, head and middle voice. they are useful for light singing and back vocals for certain songs.
