I watched the song reel video and it looks like some Dima Music licenses on here.

I saw this on my facebook timeline, indeed. Besides new Dima, my only reaction was 'geez another DDR rip-off' :/ Why do they even keep trying?

The guy who created the dance game, In The Groove, wants to keep trying to have another successful dance game.

It is a prototype and not released yet, it's not sure Stephy's song will be featured in the final version of the game but it might be

DM Ashura's best songs were all mostly dance game arrangements & that nugga still refuses to release them thru any means, on the excuse that the video game dev's hold the rights to his work ~ which is 100% BS.

If this doesn't get an SEB release chances are it'll never get released elsewhere ...
c'est la vie when it comes to rhythm games not made by Konami.

DM Ashura could have signed exclusive licensing agreements for sync and distribution with the developers which -indeed- would mean that the devs hold the rights and he won't be able to release it himself.
Concerning Stephy's track: this one is licensed on a non-exclusive basis so it might see the light eventually.
