2017 might see the eurobeat revival in J-POP?

As stated on this Japanese eurobeat blog, some J-Pop artist from 2016 as well as 2017 have been using some eurobeat melodies.

I urge eveybody to go to his blog and look up all the new songs being released this year in Japan with eurobeat influences.

If this boom gets started again, you know what that means for the SEB series!!

Here are those same links too:

This song sounds like a late 80's Kylie Minogue, SAW melody.
Probably a sample of Tommy February 6 song mixed with some Erasure's "A Little Respect", which is sampled in the intro.

This one too has that late 80's eurobeat song to it.

That Pramo song on sato's blog is straight-up eurobeat. I might hunt down that single.

Interesting! Thanks for sharing, I saw some of these and it's really nice.
I don't think eurobeat ever really "died" in japanese music industry, it's an iconic genre afterall. And eurobeat is known for those booms, from time to time, when you think it's over… SURPRISE

Maybe we'll see some of these songs getting parapara choreographies in clubs such as SEF, who knows?
