Post by Kat » 19 Mar 2017, 18:50

I love JROCK/Visual Kei since high school and you can't ignore that
I feel pretty old IMHO.
I loved Moi dix Mois (one of my 1st Visual Kei acts) more like gothic metal
For females I'd say Exist Trace

Oh yeah, i really love J-Rock. In my J-Playlist there is many J-Rock music. But not so big as my Eurobeat-playlist, lol. It should be not surprising when I say, that Animes are a important reason why I like J-ROCK. Unfortunately you don't hear much of rock bands from the Far East here in Germany. But as anyone knows, J-ROCK is very diversified, i mean, you find many normal rock bands, punk, gothic, metal and many other styles of music in J-Rock. To like everything is unlikely.

Which i like? Well......, many! Let's say many.

For example, i really love Yosei Teikoku. I like this mix of metal and goth, paired with electronic influences. And this is one of my favorite songs:

Anime-fans will recognize it.

I like JRock, but I haven't explored it much, so here's what I do like.

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (Metalcore):

Coldrain (Alt-Metal, Post-Punk):

Myth and Roid (Pop-Rock?):

Flow (Pop-Rock, Alt, Indie):

If you watch anime you'll recognize all of these.
I am trying to pass...
