80s, but not really eurobeat (rather italo). There was an English version as well (I Feel You).

Eurobeat in other languages (including Italian) is rare these days other than the titles or parts in the lyrics in it. Take a look at this Vibration track with lyrics performed entirely in Spanish:
I think it has to do with the Paninero subculture in Northern Italy that there are no Italo Disco or Eurobeat songs in Italian language: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paninaro
They absolutely disliked music with Italian vocals and were mostly influenced by US American and British Synth Pop and Disco.
