Ok, this may sound like a silly question but I've been wondering

I've recently been getting some CD's from here by buying from the used area, however there's something I've been wanting to know.

I'll use Maharaja Night 14 as an example.



I've circled something there, which states that overseas shipping is possible.

Does that mean I can ONLY get the CD from that seller only and not the others? Cause I wanna get MNHR 14 there too but no seller has that on their one. Just wanna confim my assumptions.

I was wondering however, will the only sellers who will ship overseas will be the ones with that message I circled in the picture? Or will the other sellers do it as well.

Damn, oh well. I guess I'll have to look for MNHR 14 somewhere else.
