I've had my eye on this for a while. Does anyone have it? If so, is it worth getting?

It's "OK", especially if you like that genre.
I can't really distinguish the "euro"/eurobeat remixes from the originals, though perhaps I'm tone-deaf.
Jacynthe - Piu Bella Cosa (Euro Passion Mix) is a nice novelty favorite of mine though, makes me want to hear some spanish eurobeat someday.

I've only heard the Sky High remix (from PPP3) and I have the original too and I can hear a definite difference with both versions.
I think, the closest thing you might get to Spanish Eurobeat for now might be DJ Zorro

Pia Cosa Bella I think is remixed by Hi NRG Attack, great remix.

That's actually an incredibly true statement; DJ Zorro's music is [probably] the closest you'll get =D

Saifam made a eurobeat remix of the Macarena a few years back

Yes its definatly a worthwile cd to buy. i had purchased it when i was in japan 2 years ago and i love the album.
It includes tracks such as saturday night (koi suru velfarre dance! - Max (cover)) and super girl (supergirl - folder 5 (cover)) are 2 great tracks that have been j-euro covered.
If you had previously seen my para para video with ahmed (RNJ4Me) from para para stage of the song in the rain and sunshine - Ai is also on that album.
