Mixing Software?

Can anyone recommend a good MP3 mixing software that allows you to:

Adjust the BPM of the song.

Mix songs together.

Matches the beat as songs mix together.

Records to cd without gaps between songs.

Thanks for your help! The way i discovered eurobeat was on mixed aerobic tapes that were sold here in the US back in the early 90's. So i am still partial to this music when it is mixed, but in full song versions instead of the short 2 something minute SEB mega mix clips.
