It sounds like the kind of synth you'd have in the intro BEFORE the synth. Not bad, but if you took that synth line and added some more definition and layered it with chords, it might sound pretty good.

As Shinraikan said, it sounds like a preface to something. I could very well imagine it as a eurobeat tune (thinking something along the lines of Go Go Girls here mayhaps?), but it definitely needs some more weight to it - it's too light on it's feet and simple as it is right now. I would suggest a more bass oriented drum beat so you can really feel the beat, and also another layer with some simple chords to give it some depth.

Do we know what first the actual first track to ever use the modern eurobeat synth riffs? Where is it from?
