I can't help you right now coz I'm on mobile but I have a nitpick with your comment above. "Super Eurobeat" is tbe name of the CD series. "Eurobeat" is the genre. It's weird coz you didn't make that mistake in your first post.

Hey all, I'm pulling my hair out trying to ID this tune that I happened across on Youtube. I'm a big fan of the genre and know most of the more common eurobeat tunes, but I've never heard this before.
