8) For all you youngsters...Rose Was Doing Great Italo Songs before half the other Eurobeat Labels were born. Have you ever heard of a little "Ditty" called "I Wanna Be Your Love". "Or how about "Matter Of Feeling" Huge for all Italo Fans.

Any song with the artist 'Rose' is a song I will avoid. Ever heard "This Is My Song (For You)" ? ...i feel so sorry for whomever the song was for. XD
Comon the music box effect alone in the intro leaves most other songs behind in the dust. ....and in a pefect world, she would have sung that song for yours truly :D :D

...Nah. I prefer the powerful eurobeat, like Go 2's recent track "Let it Burn". I've adopted it as an anthem. :D

Let It Burn is absolutely amazing! ^_^

As for Rose, This Is My Song (For You) was the last real song that I liked under that alias. Just my preference.

Well, totalling up the labels for the 160s you get:

A-BEAT C : 38
DELTA : 26
SCP : 23
TIME : 23
BBB : 20
HI-NRG : 14

So A-Beat C dominate as always, but nice to see BBB get a good share, considering they're the new entrants to the mainstream SEB series :)

Poor showing from Hi-NRG this time out, and when you consider that some of the songs this decade were absolute stinkers, you have to wonder about the quality of their output...

I'm actually kinda surprised by that. It always felt like Time and Delta had more songs, and SCP had less

Speak for yourself buddy. I can't think of one bad HRG song at all. At least not in the 160's. So next TIME show some proof to back up your thoughts.

Harajuku Girl was rather subpar, so was Baby Gold. One mans trash is another mans treasure.

Couldn't have said it better.... I loved Pun Pun Beam and Who's Making Love and oh so many people have been calling those songs pure crap.

And where as I hated Harajuku Girl & Vodka, others loved those...

But still that list DJ Mike gave also surprised me. I always thought delta had way more... Glad to see SCP getting more foothold, but really would like to get BBB out of SEB, really don't fancy them being here. At first I thought it'd be a great change, but got bored so fast :(

A lot of their songs have sounded exactly the same during that period, but lately they've been trying new things and sounding different than usual (Like A Speedy Car, Fireball, Tekno Samurai).

OK...

Baby Gold - "The Night Is Party"
Bazooka Girl - "Money Funny Dollars"
Lou Lou Marina - "Who's Making Love"
Mad Cow & The Harajuku Angels - "Harajuku Girl"

Oh and a dishonourable mention for "Vodka", which just sounded like some awful fusion of other Hi-NRG songs...

This isn't to say the other labels didn't have crappy songs, but when you consider how small a hand Hi-NRG have had this decade, it becomes more obvious that Avex were picking at some real scraps just to get Hi-NRG in this decade at all.

It seems like SEB is suffering with Vibration's departure - it certainly isn't a gap BBB are filling very well :( I miss them so much

So true... Vibration wasn't exactly my favorite label either, but compared to 3B they were really good.

3B has more of a house and heavy bass style where as Vibration was sped up traditional eurobeat. 3B is more famous for their drum line where as Vibration was more famous for their synth line.

I gots another lyrical gem to dazzle the fair EB forum folk with.
Basically my headphones on a pc started distorting sound a bit, which made lyrics appear even more off than the hurried delivery of EB singers
makes it to be misheard. U may have already enjoyed what followed from my audition of Bratt's ho tune' *hot hot* throughthe magic headphones.

Here is another one.
This is how I herd *Hi Hi Mazinga* through the magic headphones..

Hi Hi Mazinga( magic headphone version ).

we need adventurers,bathroom adventurers.
just in a tarry hole.
hej.hej. my zing-er.
I chew on animal,
my soup is magical,
soup-eatalogical.

go,mister,go,when u rip
before u twirl.
o mister,go-ooh,-ooh-ohh.
why, tell me why,u eat beatle all the time.
u watch it fly again. wii-iiind again.

My finger,hej hej cheek-end.
go,mister,go,u're the wiener of a worm.
go on my finger.hej.hej. cheek-end..
put in a bowl, never loosing his control.
go,my finger.hej,hej,sheer-end.
go mister,go,u're the wiener of a worm.
my free lard.hej hej. cheek end.
go to a bowl, never loosing hiss control.
gooh-ooh,oooh-hooo-oooh-hoooh-ooh-hoooo-ol
oo-hoo-o-goo-oh-hoooo-oool.

some of 'em bared before.
eat-lamb-faal-ogical.
never seen 'em eat before.
hej hej.my xing-er.
it is so dangerous,bathroom adventurers.
just like a lardy roll.
hej hej my xinger.

go,mister,go,when u rip
before u twirl.
o mister,go-ooh,-ooh-ohh.
why, tell me why,u eat beatle all the time.
u watch it fly again. wii-iiind again.

My finger,hej hej cheek-end.

Those are great songs!!! You obvoiusly don't care for hyper female vocals.

Sorry to quote your entire post, but it seemed like a rather blatant attack on HRG Attack....and where did the hate for BBB come from?

Vibration is Aewsome, but 100x better when Gino Caria was on the team(though there isn't one song from Vibration that I don't like)
