Super Eurobeat 175
strangely I am not so thrilled about the Go Go Music label for it seems to not suit my taste despite its impressive quality. (Though I absolutely love Rock Me, finally someone is using Mega NRG Man right!) for It seems Guitars have been somewhat lacking in the Eurobeat realm recently. Suprised that no one has mentioned Red Core and the Identity of Stef Burns.

It's a "SUPER MEGA KICK YOU IN THE NUTS AND LEAVE YOU GASPING FOR AIR KILLER SONG"

Has anyone else noticed that the kick drums in this album seem to been cranked up to the max?? I love it - especially in the A-Beat/Go Go Music tracks; the bass pounds stronger than ever!!
I have to echo the opinions of most people here when I say this is another great album - the 170's have been the strongest decade in a while!
The stand-out tracks for me at the moment are:
Futureland - such an awesome hook, and an interesting vocal melody which has been lacking from recent Ace tracks...an explosive start!
Rock Me - I love this track, and I believe it is probably one of Mega NRG Man's best ever. A fantastic platform for Go Go's Music to show us all they have to give!
Bad Bad Bad - Boom Boom Fire has always been one of my all-time favourite Eurobeat classics, and this track provides a unique and modern tribute to the song with Time's new found explosive production values. A really interesting structure too - very cool!
My Universe - I hated this from the sample, which feels terrible to admit being Pamsy and all. But thankfully, the clearer sound quality and minor-key verses definitely improve things tenfold! I love you Pamsy!!
Furious Pistol - by no means original, but this just reinforces what I've known for a while. Jeff Driller is the best male alias that Hi NRG Attack has, so it's time than Franz Tornado moved aside and gave his crown to this nutter!
The only songs that I really don't care much for are the Delta tracks (come on Delta, you are seriously dragging behind in the quality stakes here - all other labels are bringing fresh ideas to the tables, and your productions are sounding more tired with every album that passes) and the Helena tracks (Time - dump this dead alias already; she's just a burden and will hold you back from achieving true super-status in the SEB world
)

But Mr. Franz Tornado does the vocals for Jeff Driller as well hehe ^_^the_ditz wrote:Furious Pistol - by no means original, but this just reinforces what I've known for a while. You can hate me but you know you have quality issues =p
Moo Moo Dollars is just as good as it was in the sample, which means that it kicks ass. Futureland is good, and Rock Me is surprisingly awesome. I think it's my favorite track from the album. Bad Bad Bad and Red Core are great, too.
This album might not be as good as 172 overall (the female tracks are a lot weaker than the entries on 172, I think), but it's definitely up there as one of the best in the 170s after the crummy 173 and 4.
