Once in a while, I check Oresama-chan's site (though I have to struggle with Babelfish since I'm illiterate in Japanese xD) and I always find some cool info there.
This time it seems that Oresama found out the identity of TIME's Phil!
His real name is Filippo Perbellini, he's 16 (!) and lives in Verona.
He has recently won some kind of festival and has a
Myspace page.
Quite a shocking voice for his age, don't you think?

Well Lolita sounds as if she was a 6 months old mouse, so can't be surprised at the age of Eurobeat artists

I'm sure they altered eveyone's voice (not 100% sure though so don't hold it against me XD) even if it's really really really minor, just so they can sound 'perfect' in the produced song.
btw... WHY is this guy Phil?

Surely they do in some songs... at least speed it up. In Elena Gobbi's older songs, you can hear her natural voice a lot less altered. As a singer, I'd find it hard to believe that she couls sing that squeaky.
But not that it's bad... part of the facts of electronic music of any shade is that it's... electronic!
I do believe that Clara Moroni does not sing with an altered voice though.

48 minutes into the SEB 150 DVD, she does a live performance for the viewers that sounds rather squeaky to me ;p
