Could someone explain something to me?

As far as I know, the J-Euro song, Angeleek, was originally on LovePara2 which is distributed by a company other than Avex. But I saw this song on a recent Gazen Parapara cd which is owned by Avex. Did Avex just buy the rights from the other company to feature that song or is it a free license?

Same goes with Misery of Love which appears on numerous cds by different companies/labels.

Any ideas?

LovePara² is from Farm Records.

And they probably got a license. Same with pretty much every other song you'll find.
