YES FULL RELEASES OF 777 AND FORMULA 1

Already, they've secured my purchase of this CD. I am gay for Fastway on levels that stun even Oresama-Chan. :D

(I hope he doesn't read these forums XD)

I have to confess I'm surprised at the amount of Ennio Zanini stuff on this compilation - two Go 2 tracks, two Fastway, and one Dusty!

More bizarrely, I kind of wondered if they'd end up including 777 extended sooner or later, given its popularity (even though it already appeared in the 150s, which itself was out of place).

Stats for this one (I'm merging A-Beat C and Go Go's since we don't know yet):

A-Beat C / Go Go's: 6 (+4 Bonus)
Delta: 3 (+1 Bonus)
Hi-NRG: 2 (+1 Bonus)
SCP: 3 (+3 Bonus)
Time: 4
Vibration: (1 Bonus)

I really hope 1 or 2 of those A-Beat C tracks really are Go Go's, 'cause otherwise they really do have a massive portion of this album :?

Heh, do you suppose they'll ever ask the EBP Forums to come up with a 10/12-track selection for one of these bonus discs?

That would be Euromach extendeds all the way for me!
Maybe we should start a new topic for that?

I am assuming the Matt Land song is Go Go's, and hoping the Mega NRG Man is as well... (if not, probably Manuel). But who knows for sure.

The tracklist is already known, but I got another pic in the meantime and I don't want to keep it for myself :)

The selection of Extended versions could be a slightly better, although I'm definitely excited to get my hands on Crazy For Love. Honestly, I think Avex should've used the Franz Tornado version of Caballero With Sombrero, seeing how Baby Bazooka's was already in extended format on Tornado & Friends. And while I like 777 a lot (though it's not quite my favorite Fastway track), it already appeared on 155, not to mention that version lost all the energy of the Euromatch debut due to the speed reduction.

True. Not to mention, Baby Bazooka's version of Caballero With Sombrero has seen more action in terms of album placement outside of SEB. The original doesn't seem to get enough lurb...

...that's "love". Love.

The samples are up . I used that trick you guys did in the past just change the number at the end. I'll post my intial thoughts later.

ok here goes. SEB 181 clips mini review

01. Marko Polo- Jungle Fever- Seems Marco Racanti has stepped up to take over vocals for Marco Polo(this was brought to my attention by another good friend, but it definately is him) The clip overall sounds catchy with good Eurobeat overtones, but nothing like previous Marco Polo songs. I however think it's still sounds great.

02. Blood On Fire- GoTo & Christine- I really like that main chorus, catchy and the triplets sound great together, I do not really fancy the main Hook. It needs more Synths IMOP.

03. Daniel- My Heart Radio- Now this style I like More for Marco. It's a nice fusion of Eurobeat and a hint of POP. I wait for this one with high hopes.

04. Linda- Love Desire- Elena doing the Macho Gang remake. A bit odd choice for remake for me. It basically sounds the same. Just a little mixing up in the synths.

05. Jeff Driller- Back In Danger- Great clip. Catchy and undoubtly HRG Attack material. I think the BPMs were brought down a few notches. You can hear it in Federico's vocals?

06. Cherry Abra Cadabra- Clara does the 80's Steve Miller Band remake. I loved that song back then and I love it now. Again note the slower bpm's.

07. Alexis- Beautiful- Oohwee! The first track that knocks me off my feet. I love this TIME sound. Elena's vocals sound fresh, especailly when she goes up in octave. The main hook is inspired from one of Kasanova's works(don't recall now)

08. Maddy Layne- Lovers In The Night- What I love about HRG Attack is they get a classic Italo melody and own it to thier style. "Shadows In The Night" anyone? 8)

09. Chris Stanton- Take A Frame- Nice. Slower BPM's very Phil style. Disco vibe sounds sweet. I just wish the clip didn't cut off right before the main hook.

10. Jay Lehr- I'm Alive- Well he doesn't surpas "Mystic Love", but a very nice showing for SCP IMOP. Slower BPM's seems to be the theme of this cd.

11. Nuage - My Blue Sky- She definatley morphed into Norma Sheffield. Again I have no problem with it, because I love Norma's style.

12. Annalise- Tru Color- She's back! Nice overall clip. I've heard this song before, but I like the way she sings Tru Colour.

13. Rose- Over The Sky- Another Elena treat for me. You just have to love her style to appreciate the beauty of the song, especailly when she sings "For a special Night" as the main melodt kicks.

14. Mega NRG Man- Catch My Fire- Even Mega NRG Man has slowed down some notches. This chorus sounds ok, but what I really like is that wicked main theme just as the clip ends

15. King & Queen- Dance- Not the mega sounds of Boogie Boogie that's for sure. I really can't judge , because the main hook is ommited in the clip. Hmm?

16. Matt Land- Gun Fire- "Nighflight To Tokyo" anyone. I don't think Go Gos label to rehash AbeatC this much? I think that Title "Gun Fire" deserves much much more in MOHP:

17. Mauel- Manuel- This sounds more Go Gos label to me and it's originality makes me like it more than Matt Land and Mega NRG Man's entrys. One of the few racing theme songs, but again notice the slower BPM's.

18. GoTo- NRG- Like I said ,The chorus sounds great old fasion SCP, but I'm having trouble with the Techo feeling main hook.

As you can see I ommited the grades, because of insuffivient clip time, but cleary the songs all follow a slower BPM theme . I think as the number increase we will be seeing faster songs again. I like this clips. not nearly as much as 179, but overall the songs sound catchy and melodic enough for me and Elena is a huge part of me liking this cd. I'm thinking some of you might have mixed feelings, with it's slower BPMs , especially the racing freaks, but to each his own 8)

Seriously. I'd toss aside my wife if I was married and Mr. Zanini strolled into the church.

Bizarrely, Nuage's song sounds more like a Go Go's track than an A-Beat C, but there you go! Rather hard to tell from these early clips.

Overall, the clips don't do any of these songs any favours. I'll reserve judgement till the final album is in my hands, because to rate these songs right now is criminally unfair. :???:
