Javier found them from the ASCAP song search and we checked with JASRAC on some of the titles and they're accurate :)

gogosmusic is missing a few tracks, but other than that it's 100% accurate. :D

Someone posted this not even five months ago in this topic.

That list has been around since 2006. Some new tracks on that list have been added in the past few weeks though.
That list wasn't even half as long as the one I found. That list had 19 songs while the one I posted has 54 songs. I think that qualified it as news and thats why I pimped it. 8)

My guess is 109 has to do with that Shibuya 109 shopping center (at least I think its a shopping center) in Tokyo. D-Tan should be able to tell us about 109 (the place) and Nine about the song lol.

109 is an aggressive yet upbeat (think GGWYWGG) Japanese track, with a lot of chanting of "109" (again, in Japanese.) :D
