Super Eurobeat 186
So... 13 songs per album, two new labels... I'm not liking the sound of that. Will any other labels get the axe? I'm glad to see Saifam - not too crazy about sinclarestyle... but why add two labels and knock off 5 tracks? I don't really care for extendeds myself, and if I wanted an extended of a song I'd just buy it on mu-mo. We'll see how this goes, although if ANY label takes any sort of precedence on these extended albums I won't be too pleased. We don't need 3-4 sub-par extended ABeatC tracks, that's all I gotta say about that.

I'm very sad...it was cool when there was only a couple of labels when they did extends, but now 8 labels? F**king stupid if you ask me...this is how I imagine how things are gonna go...not just what I wantNine wrote:So... 13 songs per album, two new labels... I'm not liking the sound of that. I'd rather get 1 song from two new labels then no new labels and don't cash in your chips yet on DELTA being dropped to one song. They have been around alot longer than SCP.
You know, in a much friendlier world. The labels would take turns showcasing the number of songs on each SEB. ex: First month TIME and ABeatC could get the magority and next month HRG and DELTA and so forth, but since it's not a friendly Eurobeat world, that probly won't happen, but it be a nice change though, concidering HRG's huge catalogue.

Eight labels, 13 tracks... here's what I would hope will happen:
1 song for each label = 8
+1 for the 'exsisting' labels (abeatc, delta, scp, hi-nrg, time) = 5
---
13
Knowing AVEX though, this won't be the case. We really can't speculate what will be what - maybe this is just a one off special thing to do for SEB1X6's now? I dunno... yeah, this is turning into another "info released > OMGWORSTSEBEVER > info released > OMGWORSTSEBEVER" turn of events but if Avex didn't throw this stuff our way I wouldn't have anything to complain about.
Lunch ends in 3 minutes (yeah, lunch at 4:30am!
) so I gotta get back to work... so less typing, no grammar/spelling checking. Sorry!

So, this is true then? I thought you guys would be happier to have extends and I have saw you bitching Avex with their edits...para_rigby wrote: A-BEAT C (3)

Anyway, here is what i think of the share of the song on 13 tracks :
A-Beat-C : 2
SCP : 2
Delta : 2
Hi-NRG Attack : 2
GGM : 1
Time : 2
Sinclaire Style : 1
Saifam : 1
=13
Anyway, disc 2 should be remixes. I hope they'll remix Burning Up The Night and/or Set Me Free and/or Yes I Will

Pardon my language, but you've got to be shitting me. That definitely needs to be backed up.DJ Mike TJG wrote:Apparently, Time has been kicked off SEB by Avex (according to Newfield) - instead Avex is going to be licensing songs direct from Mr. Dall'ora. Yeah I know today I was flipping pissed off when I woke up and read all of this news (SEB BS and Time being kicked off).para_rigby wrote:Pardon my language, but you've got to be shitting me. Apparently, according to Laurent's Eurobeat Gossip Facebook Community Avex is kicking Time off due to "Disrespect". According to Laurent it is because they licensed songs to another company. The only instance I can think of where they did this is with FARM, where TIME released Andrea & Baby Girls Wake Up, Best Of Both Worlds, and MC Thunder - Iron Man under the label TIME SPA. I do not believe these tracks were licensed by Avex nor were they released un the label TIME RECORDS but rather TIME SPA, so I think they're being highly unfair here. Then again I do not know what their contracts with Avex stipulate.
Apparently they WILL license songs produced (or written? I'm not sure of the specifics) directly from Sergio Dallora. However I personally think this is lame considering how much people have been complaining Time's productions all sound the same, now they most DEFINITELY WILL without input from whoever else is helping to produce/write the ones that DO sound different (the rare gems that everyone likes as opposed to the few who usually like Time tracks on this board). Correct me if I'm wrong, because I have not been keeping track of who exactly has been writing/producing Time tracks but this is my conclusion. I'm a Time fan and I'm very upset. I hope info gets confirmed and explained because right now we're running on rumours...
Add all of the above PLUS this 13 track extended bullshit and I'm not a happy camper. I do not care to have Extendeds at this point in time. Just when things were getting REAL exciting on SEB, having 8 labels, and they cut down the tracklist by 1/3rd? WTF Avex, wtf...
I rarely ever get this worked up but this has been boiling in my head all day and I just finished my shift and had to get this all out. I really hope this is some sick April Fool's joke

Seriously, I totally agree with Densetsu13. I wouldn't mind fewer Time slots per album, but I have come to enjoy their style, so I don't want them to be completely eliminated from the series.
Avex is starting to get really experimental with things, but I'm not happy overall, as I'd rather listen to a SEB with no Saifam and 18 tracks over a SEB with Saifam but only 13 tracks. Bringing them back is a real treat, but then again, I don't think it's worth this sacrifice granted that their songs can be obtained on their website.

I agree on that one. All your speculations are useless. :\Bore wrote:Do not count your chicks before they've hatched...
My only input this topic will get.
How about Avex getting rid of the second disc filled with remixes and non-stop repeats, and make it a second 13-track extended disc? ;D 26 extended tracks on 2 cd's each month. Gentleman, start your fapping!
(yea, if ever ;P)

They`re not completely useless, I was just stating where all of this stems from. I really do hope it's an April Fools Joke.MKwiakaku wrote:I agree on that one. All your speculations are useless.Bore wrote:Do not count your chicks before they've hatched...

This all seems like too much change at once.

Oh boy. I wonder if Night of Fire is gonna be on it. :BMKwiakaku wrote:Everyone saying 'oh boy I do sure hope label A gets 5 tracks and label B gets maybe 3 tracks an entire year!' doesn't change things for Avex. They already have the tracklist for 186 ready, and probably as well the tracklists for 187 to 190.
First of all, there are about as many people on this message board who dislike TIME as there are people who don't enjoy the majority of SCP's productions. I don't know why nearly everybody assumes there's nobody on this forum who likes TIME. Just because I didn't like the general direction that Dall'Ora was headed on SEB184 doesn't mean that I hate the label.Densetsu13 wrote:However I personally think this is lame considering how much people have been complaining Time's productions all sound the same, now they most DEFINITELY WILL without input from whoever else is helping to produce/write the ones that DO sound different (the rare gems that everyone likes as opposed to the few who usually like Time tracks on this board). Second, I disagree with the "now that TIME isn't on SEB their songs are going to sound more the same" remark. Actually, rather the opposite in my opinion. Dall'Ora will no longer feel as if he's FORCED to create hits and maintain the credibility of his label now that he isn't on SEB. This in itself may spark the creativity in him, since you're obviously going to perform better at something when you don't have such ubiquitous pressure on your shoulders.
Yeah, god forbid people having some speculative fun.MKwiakaku wrote:Everyone saying 'oh boy I do sure hope label A gets 5 tracks and label B gets maybe 3 tracks an entire year!' doesn't change things for Avex.
