Wadda Ya know, They are up. :D I'm not too blown away and I think Mari-San or Bea are back. At the moment only TIME, DELTA, Saifam,HRG and Dima sound HOT! My initial thoughts are at the bottom.

Anyway here are the links for easy access. Rick Castle isn't working though, but you can preview it at Momu on some other compilation :)

1. Go Go Girls- People Of The World

13.Phil & Linda- You Give Me More

10189_013.asx

1. Go Go Girls- People Of The World- Not too bad. I'm sure quite a few of you will drool over it, but it's still too lite for my liking.
:|

2. Mad Cow & the Tverskaya Girls- Balailaika, Vodka & Rock N Roll
This is like all HRG's hits fused together. Sounds a bit messy around the edges. Still need some more listening to get used to it.
:|

3. Jimmy Diamond- My Lonely Night. Loving the No More Lonley Nights rehash...and it's Jimmy singing again.
:)

4. Momo- From Heartache To Heaven- Is this Mari-San or Bea? Eitherway, it's doing nothing for me.
:(

5. Annalise-Feel It In Your Heart- AbeatC drops the ball with this b-side clip. Another miss.
:(

6. Tora- Flame and Fire- Sinclaire needs some aggressive male songs and quick. Third strike.
:(

7. Danny Rock- Heartbreak- This song is great, but I've had it for someTIME now.
:)

8. Rick Castle- Bad Boy- Like The name suggests. a little more faster style for Andrea. Sounds sweet.
:)

9. Cherry- Dance Dance- MMM Cherry Yummy. The only female song that sounds up to the Doc's standards. Thank you Clara!
:)

10.Nuage- Baby Take High- I gotta listen to the rest, but I'm getting a strong Miami Freestyle vibe form the clip.
:|

11.The Snake- Spirit Go Wild- Doesn't sound as fierce at Queen Of Mean, but I'm hearing an interesting riff just as the clip cuts.
:)

12.Dream Fighters- Storm Bringers- I can allready tell this to be one of my top 3 from this cd. Checkout that RIFF. OOOWEEE!
:)

13. Phil & Linda- You Give Me More - Mr. Dall Ora's Disco style, but faster in bpms. I'm digging that groove.
:)

Interesting compilation to say the least. There seem to be clips that immediatly jump out at me, but then again there seems to be a lot of hooey from track 4-6. Very badly sectioned right smack in the middle of the beef. Hmm..

Momo is SCP, clearly - doesn't sound anything like Mari-San vocally. I never really listened to Bea so I can't comment there, but I'd be surprised if SCP/A-Beat C are sharing any vocalists there.

A bloody good 30 albums without new Go Go Girls is way too long! Let's not have this happen ever again, and ELENA GOBBI! (I did an exception and actually listened to this one preview as I've been waiting for this moment for quite a while now).

So who is contributing to Go Go Girls vocals this time? Lolita, Giorgia V and Domino?

1.-Go Go Girls- People Of The World : cheesey...

2. Mad Cow & the Tverskaya Girls- Balailaika, Vodka 6 Rock N Roll

Does Rimonti know what girls are on Tverskaya..?
In case everyone else here doesn't know...
It's those that DO IT for Vodka 6 and 30 USD...

4. Momo- From Heartache To Heaven

Enjoyable tune. SCP trademark.

5. Annalise- Feel It In Your Heart

Very good melody from D.R.Copy Machine.

6. Tora- Flame & Fire

The song that stuck in my mind and plays over and over...Bratt's compositions tend do this. Most enjoyable riff on this SEB!

9. Cherry -Dance Dance

Please, let Gilardi write you a song.

10.Nuage- Baby Take Me High

Dave, you could give this nice a girl a nicer melody..

13.Phil & Linda- You Give Me More

Nada here..

01.PEOPLE OF THE WORLD :

The soundworld is good... but the vocal makes a miss. :|

02. BALAILAIKA, VODKA & ROCK N ROLL

Usual Hi-NRG Attack. But, this time around, I'm not blown away. The sounds are making me want to press Next. :(

03. MY LONELY NIGHT

I don't know what to think, but it tends to a no-no song for me. Also, the preview suck SOOO much... no riff preview... :(

04. FROM HEARTACHE TO HEAVEN

The song's vocals sound sweet. Reminds me of Pamsy :)

05. FEEL IT IN YOUR HEART

I'm not even taking time to write a word on it. :(

06. FLAME & FIRE

Sinclaire style... seriously... nah... this suck :(

07. HEARTBREAK

Probably one of my favorite previews. This song is promising. :)

08. BAD BOY

Bad AVEX, file corrupted, can't listen

09. DANCE, DANCE

I thought that with Anyway, Anymore it would be the lowest Cherry would go... but I was wrong... This is, by far, her worst song in the 180's IMO. :( :(

10. BABY TAKE ME HIGH

She still fails. :(

11. SPIRIT GO WILD

Imma The Snake fan. This is not the best song of their 3, but this one is more Eurobeat oriented. I love it to, just not their best. :)

12. STORMBRINGER

I'm gonna become a Dima fan before the 180's for sure because this song kicks asses. :)

13. YOU GIVE ME MORE

Like I said to myself, they are making progress. Yay for more Eurobeat style than Disco style songs :)

By far the worst album in the 180's IMO.

Shame Dima took over the name Dream Fighters. Guess the original singer wasn't available.

Okay, my initial impressions:

1. People Of The World / Go Go Girls: Blown away - awesome chorus and top-notch sounds to fit. Probably one of the best Go Go Girls songs ever really.
:D :D

2. Balailaika, Vodka, & Rock N Roll / Mad Cow & the Tverskaya Girls: Expected goofiness from Hi-NRG Attack, but I actually quite enjoy it - it stands out to me because it's the first Russian-style song since 168, and also the first to implement Hi-NRG Attack's current production methods.
:D

3. My Lonely Night / Jimmy Diamond: Surprisingly good; vocals are a bit rugged, but the chorus stands out.
:D

4. From Heartache To Heaven / Momo: Wow, yet another new vocalist who resembles Pamsy! This track sounds good so far, but it's really a bit too similar to Love Is A Pretender.
:)

5. Feel It In Your Heart / Annalise: Not a true miss; the chorus melody is decent; but it still doesn't stand out much either way.
:|

6. Flame & Fire / Tora: A great performance from Roberta Grana and much stronger than Power Of Loving You. Not the best, but different in a nice way.
:D

7. Heartbreak / Danny Rock: A good song, but nothing astounding. The chorus is fairly nice, but the synth is rather plain for Saifam. Farina has far better tracks lying around the catalogue...
:)

8. Bad Boy / Rick Castle: Wow, this song is amazing! I was a bit picky about it at first, but now I'm really starting to love it a lot. Excellent sounds, strong vocals, and a top-notch melodic progression make this easily one of the best tracks the compilation has to offer.
:D :D

9. Dance Dance / Cherry: Reminds me of A-Beat C strangely enough. A catchy song, but it lacks the punch of Clara's other tracks. Vocals could be more prominent. Could sound a lot better as a full cut, though.
:)

10. Baby Take Me High / Nuage: I'm a bit undecided about this track at the moment. I feel that a lot more could've been done with it, but I do like its heritage to Nuage's glorious roots, both production-wise and melodically.
:)

11. Spirit Go Wild / The Snake: So, Castagna decides to shake things up with a far slower, more soulful song by the Snake, but I so far like it a lot. Not the epic masterpiece that was Queen Of Mean, but still an effective performance that edges more towards Ace.
:D

12. Storm Bringer / Dream Fighters: Beautiful. Has the same regal flare of Tsundere Night, but goes a bit further; I absolutely love that synth!
:D :D

13. You Give Me More / Phil & Linda: I'm quite pleasantly surprised by this. Previous disco songs have been a bit tedious/boring to my ears, but this fits into Super Eurobeat a lot better because it's faster. Chrous is all-around nicely-produced and the synth sounds promising. Not exactly what I was expecting to end the 180's decade with, but still an excellent song.
:D

The Hot:
1. Go Go Girls
2. Rick Castle
3. Dream Fighters

The Not-As-Much:
1. Annalise
2. Cherry
3. Danny Rock

HM:
- The Snake, Phil & Linda

Honestly, I wasn't really looking forward to the samples after seeing some of the comments made so far, but I've been pleasantly surprised. The level is very strong, and I've got my hopes quite high for many songs. Maybe not as fantastic an album as 187, but it could definitely find its way up there.

This album's demos sound really good.

Clearly Stormbring tops the album in quality. "I AM THE KING OF THE WORLD!!!" (Couldn't be more accurate for Dima)

Do you honestly think two subsequent Di Marcantonio tracks is a bigger issue than four subsequent Farina tracks? I prefer a variety of vocalists too, but I fail to see why you're singling him out.

I never considered the singer behind the original Dream Fighters a strong vocalist anyway.
