Guys remember even on the other series, Dima only puts out about 7 to 8 songs A YEAR. It only seems like so much more since theres usually about 3 or 4 Dima songs per album but how many love paras were there a year? and even the other cds that farm used to put out had a lot of Dima repeats lol... Dima just got on SEB and they have 2 songs out this year.wolftickets1969 wrote:I knew Time was going, but did they have to replace Dima with a third ABeatCrap track? I hope they didn't permantly boot Dima off the series. And instead of a female HRG track they put in an outdated track that was already released on iTunes. Avex is shooting themselves in the foot here.
Super Eurobeat 191
You can hate me but you know you have quality issues =p
Tornado & Friends, Vol. 2 isn't even availible in Japan (therefore, songs such as Boom Boom Chocolate and Hey Hey Velfarre are only present in outer countries, ironically enough), so giving Manga Super Robot a CD release is fair enough - at least we still have Garcon to back up the newer releases.
Unless Mr. Leonardi finally gets out of his hyper techno obsession and has managed to write another eurobeat song by the time of SEB 192, I wouldn't be surprised if he were left off for once as well.
It's too early to tell whether or not TIME and Dima are gone for good; this surely isn't the first time that a label has had zero tracks on an SEB release. Vibration was absent on 142, and Go Go's Music was left off of 182.
Either way, I do agree that overloading the CD with A-Beat C isn't a good move if it's gonna leave no room for some of the labels. Mickey B. I'm very much looking forward to, but Powerful T. and especially Annalise really couldn't excite me less unless they manage to pull off a surprise jackpot out of nowhere.

Since the catalog update in July Sinclaire already started a new production block of techno and eurobeat a few weeks back and since 192 won't be at till November I think he's in the clear.#Infinity wrote:Unless Mr. Leonardi finally gets out of his hyper techno obsession and has managed to write another eurobeat song by the time of SEB 192, I wouldn't be surprised if he were left off for once as well.

I was under the impression that the theme only had to do with the megamix at the end. Granted a few of the tracks on the CD would naturally fit the theme, everything else was whatever they wanted to put as they usually do.Lebon14 wrote:It's funny how people says "racing theme" because it is not... Well, not exactly racing. It's a a "driving theme" which is not racing.
Well, the average album length for volumes 187-189 is 65 minutes, with the longest album being 67 minutes. Since there can be up to 80 minutes on an audio CD, the megamix has to be less than 13 minutes long, there should be absolutely no problem. In fact, the new albums are about 7 minutes shorter than the 18-song albums (since 4 minutes/song * 18 songs = 72 minutes).drnrg wrote:14.SPECIAL MEGA-MIX ~ENJOY YOUR D
I really hope this doesn't take up too much space and shoots us down to 4 minute edits again
Here is chart with the limitations on the megamix, based on the average song length, and 13 songs per album:
4 minute songs - 28 minute mega-mix
4.5 minute songs - 21.5 minute mega-mix
5 minute songs - 15 minute mega-mix
5.5 minute songs - 8.5 minute mega-mix
6 minute songs - 2 minute mega-mix
I hope that helps!

Sorry, I guess I wasn't really clear enough - I'm sure the 13 main tracks are going to be extended, it was more whether the extra megamix might contain other new songs that AREN'T on the tracklist, which would be a shame. Somehow it doesn't seem like that's going to be the case, though - probably more along the lines of the megamixes they include on Initial D albums.

i can remember when extended meant over 5.5 mins... or so, but to say 4.30 is an extend is kinda stupid... i mean most standard eurobeat are 4.2 mins or longer... so i havnt been seeing the last few albums as extended.... maybe its just me.... i dont see the songs being extends at all if there is a megamix on the disc,...( probably be about 10 mins long) so there really isnt room for extends...or any thing past 4 or so mins,
to lebbon..yeah i am so hurt. 'dumb bastard' ouch... i am really hurt... or as you would say EPIC FAIL....thats all i have to say on that...and i wont take much notice of anything posted from you always tends to be pointless anyways....caio

Some guts you have, flaming someone when you're a member for less than a month. :/
And I think you should check out how long songs were on the previous few albums. I guess it averaged to about 5:00 to 5:30 mins. That would leave room for a 10 minute megamix. And megamixes don't have to have 3 minute songs. It can even be as short as a few seconds (like the SEB42 bonus track).
