Their market concern is Japan and that mainly who they care about. And I didn't experience any xenophobia when I was in Japan. They were actually really nice to me

I don't think their excuse "oh! our main market is japan" is a good excuse to close the online western market. Neither is piracy. They have to adjust to the reality of the Internet damn.

No it isn't a good excuse but that's the reality of it unfortunately.

Considering how attrocious the sales of SEB are in Japan now, I think Avex would find that the genre would be a whole lot more successful if only it were promoted more warmly beyond the worn-out rising sun and not completely banned outside for absolutely no moral reason. Right now I feel like I'm being illogically treated as an inferior, as if Avex were racist against anyone who's not Japanese or something.

And the removal of the SEB special collections from global iTunes just a month after the latest releases? Somehow I doubt that was Avex's doing(would be suicidal), as it coincides with Apples switch to exclusively iTunes Plus. And they removed the JEuro albums as well. And even Dave Rodgers' pop album.
Although, Above The Light Neuro Mix is still on there(not technically Eurobeat, though).
You can't touch HRG and SAIFAM, Avex.

Let's just say, I take a neutral stance. I am not as excited over 197 as I was for the past 19x albums for sure, but I don't throw tantrums over non-stops as well, so 197 and any non-stops coming just doesn't spark off anything in me, besides, I have got other songs and eurobeats to kill time while waiting for the people at SEB to get back on track.

Truthfully speaking though, I want a full album just like any of you but doesn't look possible until 20x so the only option is to wait for it.

Probably completely different since Saifam and Sinclaire pretty much opposite styles

Downside: Nonstop-only. FFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUU—

Upside:

* 01. SUPER EUROBEAT / NIKO ★
* 02. DON'T TURN IT OFF / GO2 ★
* 03. THE CHAMPION / LUKE ★

* 04. LOVE COUNTDOWN / FASTWAY ★
* 05. FIRE DRAGON / DAVE RODGERS feat. PATRICK RONDAT ★
* 08. DANCIN IN THE STARLIGHT / DAVE RODGERS
* 24. KING OF THE RACE / POWERFUL T. feat. ALEX DE ROSSO ★
* 25. A FLASH IN THE NIGHT / DAVID DIMA ★
* 26. DON'T LET ME GO / LEO RIVER ★
* 27. LOVED IN TOKYO / MAX ZERO ★
* 28. IVANHOE / ALPHATOWN ★
* 29. I FEEL LIKE A MOLOTOV / MAD COW ★
* 30. KING OF EUROBEAT / JORDAN ★

To quote that one fantastic song, "I j***ed in my pants". More of the names I've wanted to hear from, with new ones that sound promising! Niko, Go2, Luke, Fastway, DAVE RODGERS, Powerful T, Leo River... wow. I'm... not sure to make heads or tails of the situation. Nonstop only is a bit of a bummer but if it turns out nicely I won't mind.
A lot's changed in the decade and a half I've been here.

It's utterly ridiculous. There are 13 new songs. It would have made perfect sense to make this a 2 cd compilation with the second being those new songs in extended. I'm sure the idea was tossed around in some AVEX meeting somewhere and some dickheads voted against it :-x

I don't know about you guys, but I'm going staright to the labels through myspace and politely asking them for extended versions of those songs.

This is exactly what happened during Euromach years. Now we gotta wait another 5-6 years for the extendeds to appear in full

otherwise the trax list looks freaking dynamite, but I don't think I'm gonna purchase this one. TIME's are too hard to spend money on Nonstops. Sorry :(
