I actually have to disagree. I rather like their simplicity than their usual weirdo models. =3
I think they're classy and they suit it better than having some chick pose for the king SEB fpor example.
And thank the lord it's not Eurochan and Beatkun on the covers instead... D8

Though I'm disappointed that AVEX didn't use the Duke Nukem art for 197, I think these covers are pretty classy. XD
Plus, they have continuity to them which is something the SEB covers have lacked in the past (which was a huge pet peeve of mine).

These covers look more more elegant than the crack whore looking girls we normally get. Besides why does it even matter? Its not like it has an impact on the music.

I agree with you. Greatly. 8D; I think I'd be scared away from SEB forever if they were on the covers...

I prefer the Babes. At least add some images and colour. Those new SEB covers are just boring and dull and they don't represent the music on the cd at all

Well, since I kinda consider 197-200 as anniversary albums, I'm fine with the somewhat boring covers. It's not like it's any different from 100, 150, or any other anniversary album.

Though I would've perferred the cover of 170 that they previewed in the 169 booklet

Hey, when you love women, you love women. I kinda like the goth looking chicks from the 70s -80s SEBs. Esp. the one that "Gots Milk"

I've personally kinda just gotten so used to the models on the cover that the covers of SEB 197 to 199 look so...empty. They're already bland and uncolorful in the first place, anyway.

Well as digital images they do look kind of bleh but in real life they are nice and shiny and pretty.
