Eurobeat Disney advise needed

Post by orochi » 19 May 2005, 01:38

Hi all, need your advise.
Finally hunted out Eurobeat Disney on HMV Japan.
I hit out the orders for all 4 albums and the lump sump total with shipment is about 13,000 yen which translates to RM487.50 in my country's currency.

I cannot afford that!!!
I am already shit broke every month by buying the continously non-stop SEB numbers. (They really should slow it down to 1 in every 2 months)
But if I don't buy them now, will they dissappear forever?

Can I possibly live without buying all of the Eurobeat Disney albums?
ED 2 is a must for me,
but I have heard most of ED 1,
ED 3 looks too eccentric
but I love love love My heart Will Lead you Home on the Winnie the Pooh album.

So the question is, which one should I MUST have?

And please don;t tell me to get them all...

P.S. Or even better, cheaper alternatives?

or I can bemoan the fact that I have really expensive hobbies in which maybe 1% of the entire music listening population in my country heard of Eurobeat, and out of that 10% actually likes it and out of that 95% of them are mp3 listeners (I was in this group previously).

Crap!

Hmm actually I always thought that ED 3 was the best one out of the bunch by far... Domino & Lolita on it (all of their songs) were great..and You Can Fly! X3 is by far my favorite ED song of all times...

But on the other hand, I loved all of the albums... but imo the third is the best one definitely.

My advise is find a cheaper source. If you're paying 100 dollars per CD, I'll sell you mine. Go to ebay. These albums are must haves if you like the A Beat-C sound. You only need the first three as the non-stops are all repeat tracks. Plus you need the King & Queen - Winnie The Poo single that has other songs on it too.

Hi guys thanks for the advise. I will get them eventually though (ED1,2,3 and wtp) as long as HMV don't give them away as freebies for people buying the next Ayumi cds... or hopefully any stock clearance sales like cdjapan.

Hi Bore, thanks for driving me nuts by pushing up my expectations my the 3rd album

Hi beat freak, 100 dollars in my currency is about US$26 which is equivalent to 26 Big Macs. Sure I'll get them all, though not through ebay as I don't like owning 2nd hand stuff

Hi Timmy, Thanks for the offer. Will msg you later.
