Oooh, just noticed...
202 IS ON ITUNES JAPAN!!! Time to spend my spare 1,500Yen (Internet Kills The Eurobeat Stars and All Around The World won't be getting my cash - I value my hearing too much!!
)
EDIT: CooLoveR (the capitalisation is very important you know!!) has already been played 7 times according to my iTunes playlist
Personally, I adore the song, but I know that it will divide the community for a number of reasons. Firstly, it is very trance-themed in terms of the intro and breakdown. Also, Travis (or at least, I think it was him that got irratated by this) will hate the fact that during the synth hook, Irene insists on singing CooLoveR every 2nd measure! The final synth hook has also been pitched up even higher so we have Irene as she would sound in a Hi-NRG Attack song by the end
I Can't Stop Lovin' You is gorgeous - that track will be getting a lot of playtime over the next few days. Such a perfect melodic progression. I am also liking the Go Go Girls track for the rock-n-roll style melody in the verse - quite a unique feature in my eyes that could lift the track beyond the ordinary. And no-one can complain that they are simply using the same synth sound in the hook this time
New Technological World has a far more twinkly intro section, but you can clearly hear the old intro underneath. Somehow the altered chords and piano arpeggios give it a more magical feel, but I'm still undecided about the rather crass synth line during the main hook.
I Wanna Run To You is sure to be a number of people's highlight of the whole album, and fairly deserving so from the little I've listened to it thus far. The intro is slightly disjointed, but the hook is full of the kind of raw energy that A-Beat C has been lacking in a lot of their productions of recent years. A really classic sounding Eurobeat love song but with a modern twist
Full review of the 10 tracks I purchased asap (I don't have Internet Kills... or All Around The World as they sounded horrible, and the AAA remix and Go 2 rock mix will have to wait until I have more cash - the new tracks are what's important to me). Overall, I think this is a more balanced album than 201 - the future is bright in my eyes

I still think the name Dream Fighters is way off for that song. Tell Dima not to be afraid to dream up new aliases. I got truckloads if he is interested

That riff sounds more 90'¿s than ever. Of course that is a good thing for me.http://www.mediafire.com/?i3zzjlmyr3m

Dima's song; Can't Stop Loving You sounds very much like Lou Turner's Mystic Love from TIME. Especially around the chorus.
I wonder how many TIMEs he listened to that one?

We're changing styles.. I think SEB203 is the album that contains a new song in a new Dima Music styleJay wrote:Agreed.Javy wrote:Sounds like the same typical Dima fare to me
It's not really a bad thing at this stage, but I can imagine people will grow a bit tired of Dima a year down the track if this is the direction he'll stick with.

This year is going to be a great Dima year, new artists, new styles, new music!!!
