"Entropy"

Post by zoupzuop2 » 18 Jan 2011, 02:35

...it's not my best song. It's not the one for which I'll be remembered. But I felt I had to finish it, at least for a sense of closure. Entropy is a darker tale of uncertainty, written at a point in my life when I was least certain of my future.

The song definitely expresses some strong emotions, and I can feel them coming through the melodies and lyrics - but for me, it falls short as a "wow" track. Still nice to hear as a contrast to your more "showy" tracks ;)

For me, not as positive as the other. It was good up to the first vocals. The vocals are WAY too loud and totally "mute" the soundworld. Sorry.

I like this remix quite a bit! Great job to both of you.

The only criticism I have is that the a-melo's vocals need to be worked on more. It sounds as if Travis is trying to hit notes below his vocal range...

Otherwise, a very nice melancholic composition Travis. :)
