Eurobeat Prime - The Future

Post by Bore » 27 Sep 2005, 17:03

Okay. It's been quite a while now without any proper updates or changes in the site itself. I've been slowly brewing the idea of renewing the site completely and wanted to throw the ball to the users and see if you can bring up any new ideas.

So the questions are as it is :

A) Do you consider the current layout functional or would you want a change?

B) If you were around when the original Eurobeat Prime layout was estabilished, did you like it? Or do you prefer the current one (Link to the old layout, that is partly broken but shows a blast to the past. So don't mind the broken links and such, as long as the skins page works...)

C) If you wanted to change the layout. Do you have any kind of suggestions?

D) Do you want the multiple layout system back (as was shown in the link shown in question B)

I dont' mind the format as it is now. Maybe change the colors and change the layout a lil bit to keep it fresh but its clearly the best eurobeat site out there with so much for everyone. Not only does the webmaster give the information, but its the people on the forum that give everyone information! It's a great community ^_^
You can hate me but you know you have quality issues =p

I kinda miss when you could change the different colour schemes. but other then that I like the way the site looks now. I so remember the original layout... It's just seems like yesterday... Great job!

A) Yeah, I find it very functional, no need to change.

B) I seem to be quite new here, so I dunno the original layout. Anyway I like the layout as it is.

D) No, I don't.

The reason behind inquiring about these things is the fact that I myself have a need to refresh the image of the site every once in a while and most certainly a new layout is under way. The layouts the site has so far had, have all pleased myself pretty much but I'd rather do a new one at least once a year to get some change to things....

So suggestions are taken gladly.

Hi Mr. Panu, great site. Don't change it.
Just a few more recent updates would be excellent.

As you might've noticed the Forum layout has been changed. This was due to 2 reasons.

1. The forum had been hacked sometime today earlier on, and the previous layout was bugged along the process.

2. AxU had arranged this forum Layout ages ago, but I had been slacking in WoW world and only now managed to update this when there was a real reason to do it.

Comments appreciated, I'll probably bring the old layout in again as a possiblity for using if you want it.

Cool layout, like the little animated gif at the top left corner =D

As for the website, I think the one used now works really well.

To be honest I preffer the old one forum, I'm sorry but I don't like these combination of dark gray-blue colors... :? However the design and the contents of the website is GREAT!
