I prefer my SEBs to have different styles. Fast and agreesive(definatley), Fun uptempo(so long as not too childish) Old school style or Italo(slower bpms and yes; I was one always looking forward to a cover of some 80's popular song in there as well. I would even start forgiving AVEX a little, for all thier atrocities toward the labels if they started hooking us up with at least one older unreleased track from any label on every cd.

This is a very good point. At least those or an Italo style track to round out or cool down the hype.Honestly, I feel that the healing remixes really need to make a comeback; without them, SEB volumes just don't feel as "complete" as the 200s and 210s did - and the difference in style between the actual eurobeat songs and the healing tracks was enough to break any semblance of monotony, but not quite so much that it would break the flow and style of the album

I couldn't listen to this. It's some sort of file my p.c. doesn't read. Can someone upload it as an mp3 or something. Really wanna hear it.Eurogrooves does seem to have at least one unreleased song K. Deleo - Party Time.

But it's an unreleased song mate so I don't think anyone will have the mp3

question! question over here! I know this is off-topic, but since everyone is on eurobeat labels, and stuff. Yes, hoping for a Eurogrooves comeback, heaven forbid maybe a new label. lol
Anyways, what ever happen to "Vibration", barely restarted my SEB collection again and saw Vibration from the 140's to the 150's then there was no sign of Vibration on 160. Never knew they were on the SEBs. I know, I'm awful, but what happen? Are they still alive or something. Is there a forum for that? But it's just a simple question.
Thanks evr'y1.

Vibration was Luigi's and Gino's dream project. They started off with a bang.

The good thing is they never sold thier soul to AVEX so you can aquire the whole collection on Juno downloads.
You can also get David Dima's other two sub labels on that same site. Energy Revolution and Euro Lovers or something like that. They are all thier and in EXTENDED

This is what happens when one gets too exicited over Eurobeat

I'd happily buy even whole albums of healing versions, like Heaven. Fantasy (Japanese Works) is my #1 favorite. I also want to especially mention the different versions of Take My Breath Away. But all in all, I'm open to any different genres, like the three versions of I Won't Fall Apart.zoupzuop2 wrote:I'm not the only one! Heyy, I re-think about the introduction of this CD.
全24曲収録予定(ユーロビートレーベル9つの最新楽曲、およびEXTENDED15曲を収録予定)
It means "24 tracks will incldued in this CD."
(9 eurobeat label's new tracks and 15 extended tracks will included in this CD.)
"および" means "and" in English.
But I think 15 songs only in this CD - it's so difficult about thinking 24 extended songs in a CD.
So maybe the writer wronged about the number of included songs, I think 15 extended tracks will included in next SEB.
But I can't deny about 24 extended tracks - if SEB223 is 2CDs, but I can't guess about it

where they have extended the information regarding this release by stating the following, which I shall translate:
avexとともに歩み続けた「SUPER EUROBEAT」シリーズ通算223タイトル目のCD。様々なシーンのBGM、ダンスカリキュラム、エクササイズ、クラブイベントに最適な楽曲や、イタリア直送の人気レーベルからの最新(2013年時)音源なども収録
The Super Eurobeat series, which have continued together with avex (literally: have continued to walk with avex), 223rd titled CD (lit. series sum up 223rd titled CD.) Will contain songs suitable for various scenes: BGM, dance ciriculum, exercise, or club events, from the Italian (lit. directly sent by Italians) famous labels' newest songs (from 2013) 音源 etc.
I couldn't translate the last part where it says 音源 since this word doesn't really exist as 2 kanji together in dictionaries, but if you separate the kanji, the 1st means "sound", and the 2nd means "origin". It also wouldn't mean "original sound" because a different kanji for "origin" is usually used for that meaning, plus they would have to be placed in the opposite order in order to mean "original sound." If any Japanese could help me with what "音源" means, because to me it just means "origin of sounds."
So the part that stood out for me was how it said 最新(2013年時), which literally means newest songs (2013 year time) or in other words "latest/newest/most recent songs from 2013." I also think that some new songs as well according to the older post where it says some extended included as well, for a total of 24 tracks.

Well, that info was first taken from CDJapan and if you go to check the SEB223 page that info is not there anymore, just the standard
avexの原点、全ては「SUPER EUROBEAT」から始まった。累計売上げ1000万枚以上を誇るダンスミュージックの最高峰、最新作! 箔仕様。 I wonder if it was released by mistake or something and it's totally wrong

ongen means sound source. I dunno which dictionary you are using, but Jim Breen's EDICT is the best. If you are on Firefox or Chrome, use rikaichan or rikaikun. You will slowly become a Japanese master.synthjunkie wrote:

oh ok, thanks! i don't know why it doesn't show up on my handheld Casio electronic kanji dictionary that I bought when I was living in Japan. Very strange...Each kanji comes up separately, but not as a unit. And the "gen" usually comes up as the other "gen" kanji without the water marks to the left of it, which also means origin.Tiger wrote:ongen means sound source.
