I decided to post some of the charts i have from the same name magazine of Marcello D' Azzurro. He compiles the best top 20 Italo/NRG songs during the late 80s and 90's. I started collecting them from September 22 1990; which was about the TIME I started ordering my vinyls from the Netherlands.
A lot of you School old fans should enjoy this, but also a few of you newbies might see how high your favorite Eurobeat song charted.

I'll use the same formett used on the magazine.
first number indicates actual number
second number indicates song's number the week before
third number indicates wekks on chart
So, the first TIME ever enjoy the Iventi D' Azzurro Energy charts. A very special chart as ABeatC score thier very first number one with the mega star; Norma Sheffield.

A shame "Everytime You Want" by Trisha didn't get higher. That is one of the best eurobeat songs ever. Interesting to see "Take My Life" by Aleph on number two! I didn't think it was that popular.

This is cool, thanks for posting. I got into eurobeat one year later (by listening to I venti D'azurro on the local radio) and was subscriped on the magazine for some time as well. But I don't have them anymore. I will read the next top 20's with lots of interest

Yes. I actually have a lot of those too. The sad thing was that the list didn't only feature TIME, AbeatC, HRG Attack,DELTA ect.., but also a bunch of house and techno; which prevented some of my favoutite Eurobeat songs from reaching thier full potential. I'll proboly only post the Eurobeat songs when I get to those charts, but be pateint cuz that's still quite a few years away

Interesting to see "Take My Life" by Aleph on number two! I didn't think it was that popular.

Oh yes! Anything sung by Giancarlo was quite popular on the charts as you will see in future lists.

What a treat! Very nice indeed. With all those Memory label 12's making thier chart debuts. All of them great songs Too. "Don't make Me Cry" is another Gino Caria favorite of mine.

I remember that week! It was full of great releases! I played Chip Chip - Radio today. Weird thing: the extended version is called Bellissimo Mix on the sleeve and Munich '90 on the label. Asia had more inconsistencies back in the days. Janet - One Day is a very good High Energy song.
