Two G. Foglia - composers of DELTA and A-Beat C

Post by oresama-chan » 07 Oct 2005, 03:49

While I was searching DB of JASRAC (Japanese Society for Rights of Authors, Composers and Publishers) for the songs which G. Foglia is credited for, I noticed there are two G. Foglia, ie Giordano and Giovannina Foglia. Both of them were writing songs also for A-Beat C before they moved to DELTA.
Here are some of their magnum opus.

Giordano Foglia
BLOWING IN THE WIND / MR. GROOVE
CHERRY GIRL / LOLITA
RAINBOW / MEGA NRG MAN
MAKE A MOVE / CANDY TAYLOR
RIGHT NOW / DARK ANGELS
STEEL BLADE / JEAN LOVE
EMOTIONS / STEPHY MARTINI
HEARTBEAT / NATHALIE

Giovannina Foglia
SO LONG / GO GO GIRLS
ROCKING MY HEART / JEAN CORRAINE
LIVING OUT / MARGARET
HOW MANY LIES / SAMANTHA GILLES
ENDLESS LOVE / MELODY
IN MY DREAMS / DENISE
SAVE ME / LESLIE PARRISH
REMEMBER ME / LESLIE PARRISH
KISS TO KISS / MAKO

I just wonder if they are close relatives like a married couple or brother and sister cuz their sentimental melodies and minutely changing synthe riffs sound very similar. Could anyone shed light on this :?:
