jeurobeat
Good ones! I'll choose Paul Murray - Commedia this time. It was the favorite song of a buddy of mine back in the days. I can't remember if it ever reached I Venti charts
.
I love that one. The old Flea sound on AbeatC records. It did indeed hit the top 10 on Iventi charts.
Take a look.
Debuts at #16-14-10-7-7-19-off.
back in those days a song's chart history was relatively short due too much competition. Maybe I'll start posting those old charts again, since I have that whole year complete.
My song is
David Essex- Victim Of Love on AbeatC records. Also the Iventi's number one song for that year.

Radiorama - Bad Boy You
Both this and ABCD lit up SEB 003 with bright and fun sounds. I get the urge to jump and sing along to both of them

Lou Lou Marina - Latin Lover on HRG Attack records.
That spoken intro and breakdown is what made me search the vinyl till I found it.

Priscilla - Shame On You
Great lyrics and melody
You promised me to love me for a while
You gave up, my baby shame on you
You promised to move the stars in the night
You gave up, my baby shame on you

Dee Jay Luke Penn feat. Mr. M- Music Fever (TIME)
This song, like many from that era had very high potential for becomming Pop crossovers. the melodies and evn Giorgio's vocals were nothing hyped and would fit nicelty on radio. This would have been the right TIME for avex to push Eurobeat onto Western Radio. It might have been the end of Eurobeat(thank GOD they didn't do that), but I'm just saying that if there ever was a TIME a Eurobeat song would have sounded at home on radio, was that era. That ending of that song is beautiful.

I don't agree ("Tonight Tonight" is my vote) but it's still a good song.

Everyone has a favourite keven Johnson song. Though "Tonight Tonight" is my second fav. I have to choose my fav Kevin Johnson song to be
Kevin Johnson- Got To Be Your Lover(Extended version) allways above edits for me.
Used to be "adorable" holding this spot, but this song hits that Kylie Minogue melody perfect. the part where he says "Sorry Sorry" is priceless
Top Kevin Jonnson songs
2. Tonight Tonight
3. Adorable
4. Promises
5. Yankee(the one that started Kevin's career)
6. In The Name Of Love
7. Don't Say Goodbye
8. I Love You
9. Little Crush
10.Lonely
