Hehe you've asked the same questions I've had for years. I've been afraid to ask though because there are very few people who can answer and most of them don't talk to me. If they are paid to choreograph routines, I doubt they will say how much though. That (pay) is what is important. for SEF, currently DJ Boss choices what songs get dances. In the past Avex would give certain tracks early to a club so they could choreograph them. There was a particular incident in 2007 when Avex asked Starfire to choreograph Once Upon a Time/Pamsy and they didnt want to. That ended in fighting and starfire didnt choreograph avex songs for the rest of the year. So typically, a club does whatever song the group of choreographers like from the CD (its actually kind of like trend forecasting - the choreographers need to know what song the crowd will want to dance to AND make a dance that theyll like).
