How's that in Italy? In Germany, we've got a similar show but only with talentless people. The goal (for broadcasters) is to pick people with touching fates (mother has cancer, grandma is dying, lost parents as a child, ...) and make money of them... These photos seem to be from a TV talent show, that's why I'm asking.
"The Voice" is a talent show. Before the show, people show up to hearings where they can go and sing a song and showcase their voice. The best ones will be chosen. The show starts. In the show, there are 4 known artists as judge. The chosen candidates show up on scene and sing (and can even play instruments, if they want) and try to convince the judge to turn around. If the judge turns around, that means that it is interressed in the talent of the new singer. After that, well... I think my mom could explain it better than me... You should look up "The Voice" on google. Here in Québec, it's called "La Voix" (direct translation) because we love our mother tongue, French. Even France still call it "The Voice".KiraTM wrote:How's that in Italy? In Germany, we've got a similar show but only with talentless people. I'm pretty sure that it's here in Canada, US and France. Probably Italy too, judging from the posts above.

She did pretty well - hope she continues to proceed through the contest (if it's like The Voice UK, she'll have the battle round next where she has to compete against some else from her judges' team and only one advances further in the contest).
Having wished her well though, I hope that she doesn't abandon Eurobeat
